John has worked in the financial services industry since 2005. As an independent group benefit broker John uses a number of product providers to help build a complete benefits program for his client.
What sets John apart from other benefit brokers is his ability to hear what his clients are saying and to tailor design programs to help businesses meet their needs.
John's use of the skills he developed during his 24 year career as a mathematics teacher and coach to deliver world class service, thorough explanations, and detailed programs that make him popular with his clients.
He is currently supported by a team of administration, technical and underwriting specialists whose teamwork and follow-through are setting new standards of excellence in building lifetime relationships with an expanding client base.
John Crosser is passionate about helping others understand their own personal finances. As the Author of "Aspire: A Financial Wellness Workbook For The Canadian Teen”, he believes that everyone should be exposed money
fundamentals.
Away from the office, John enjoys spending time with his wife Jeanelle and their two daughters; Ashley and Jayme. He loves working on his golf handicap, making furniture, and barbecuing with friends and family.
