Great selection of jewelry- loved how they had a variety of styles. Great prices. Neeta was very knowledgeable about the pieces and provided excellent customer service. Appreciated how sales staff greeted everyone when they entered the store. We also had an appraisal done a month ago and was very impressed with how professional it was.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Very rude and ridiculous service. Gold price was 52$ per gram but they were charging up to 80$ per gram. Ridiculous service. They ripped us off for 300$. Would not recommend it to anyone else. PLEASE BE AWARE

Some people are nice to the customers.
But the manager ( lady with full of attitude) doesn't know how to deal with their regular customers. She won't believe the words of their valuable customers but would cheat on the money because of their computer mistake.
Who would buy gold worth of $1500 and pay only $1200? Is it possible that the shopkeeper will let you go with $300 credit because thats what their computer print out said and she wanted us to pay that due amount $300 even though we had already paid it. She was such a rude lady that I will never go to this shop again because of her.

I love the compliments I receive on my gold and diamond jewellery from Kohinoor. They have beautiful pieces to choose from, and the best service.

Disrespectful to customers. Wasn't properly greeted, I waited a long time for service while others got help before me who arrived after me. When I complained to the girl she was very rude and didn't care so I walked out. I won't ever being going there again and you shouldn't either. They seem to forget there are many other Indian Jewellers in the area to give business too,

When I walked into a high pitched, heavy accented hi, I wanted to walk out. When I looked around to see where that noise came from, I saw a girl looking down and ignoring us when she's doing nothing. She walked by wearing $5 leggings which I could see her whole butt in. She probably doesnt sell anything, so she can't afford any real pants working in a jewelry store. I walked out with my family in disgust. I will not ever be shopping there again and I will be telling my friends and family not to as well.
