With the Koko Fitness 6 Week Challenge I have accomplished so much more of my weight loss goals than I ever have before! They gave me the tools of nutrition and intense workout classes to not only help me reach my goal but surpass it with flying colours.
Iāve been told in terms of fitness I should be happy with the body that I have. But I wanted to achieve more. Iāve been told in the past that I donāt have 10 lbs to lose. I lost 10.5 lbs. Iāve been told I donāt have the body ...fat % to lose. I lost 6.1%. Not without putting in the work thatās for sure.
It wasnāt easy. Eating has always been my weakness and I learned that the key to all of this success is healthy eating. The nutrition portion has been the hardest part, but I committed from the start and never looked back. With the meal plan alone, I started to see a difference by week 2.
The workout classes are killer. The machines make weight training a breeze. It takes the intimidation and complications out of a weight training session and you can just focus on hitting your pace and making those muscles lean and mean.
And the community. The support and encouragement from the trainers is above and beyond what youād see from a conventional gym. Itās a close knit family and they welcome you with open arms.

i just recently joined koko fit club and so far i love it, the only thing iām worried about is the number of machines available with the increasing number of people signing up for membership thereās not enough smart trainer machines for everyone. like today i went to the gym to work out and itās pretty dead with only 5 people inside but thereās only 4 machines. what more on peak hours? ļæ½ but overall i still like the idea of virtual trainer. ļæ½
You may have already seen me personally marketing this wonderful place quite a few times because I would rate it the best get fit location Iāve ever been at!! ļæ½ The friendly, encouraging and caring staff make it easy to succeed at oneās goals. ļæ½ All one needs to do is show up to the boot camp and circuit training classes, hop on the treadmill and/or the elliptical machine, watch what they take into their body, and smile at progress. ļæ½ I have signed up to keep coming because it feels so good to work out in a world class facility, lose weight and inches, as well as gain confidence in my body. #lifestyle #fit #grateful

The staff at Koko FitClub Calgary North are very welcoming and supportive. The atmosphere is inviting, friendly and other members are a great bunch of people. Whether you are brand-new to fitness, or joining with experience, the environment is non intimating and the machines aid you in progressing at your own level. The group classes pushes, educates, and transforms you.
In my particular situation, I came down a chest infection the second week into the challenge which took me out for a week. After coming back for a class or two, I ran into medical issues in which my doctor notified me to stop any strenuous activities (everything except for very brief walking) - talk about double whammy.
That said, following the meal plan provided and not dropping out of the challenge, my weight was coming down. The staff at KoKo were very supportive throughout and adapted to my situation offering me to attend the stretch classes due to my doctor's notification to be able to partake in the activities. Goes to reinforce the provided meal plans, support, accountability, and your consistency in following through gets you through your transformation journey.
The staff and community are what will keep you coming back for more.
I did the 6 week challenge in 5 weeks and the staff were very flexible and allowed me to customize my goal to this shortened time period. The staff are extremely friendly and personable and quickly were able to both become friends and also motivate me to my best. The classes I attended were varied and fun and the small classes made for an intimate experience. Knowing what the diet would be like ahead of time would be my only small complaint but otherwise love my time at Koko.
Since being with Koko Fit Club, I am happy to have dropped one of my Diabetes medications as well as my weight. My overall health and strength has improved drastically. The Koko FitClub's self-paced, self-directed universal gyms are easy to use and to transition between the various exercises making them effortless and enjoyable. While the Fit classes are intense, they are rewarding. The FitCoaches are magnificent. Baleze, Amber and Tyson are very supportive and knowledgeable, from fitness tips, to health and nutrition support. With Koko FitClubās help, I know I will continue on my journey to getting fit. Koko is amazing! I've had tons of gym memberships before where I never went but Koko feels like family so I'm there almost daily. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Koko FitClub makes it really easy to take the steps to achieve your goals.
Its been less than a week since I joined and this place is amazing! The staff don't try to over-sell you like a lot of fitness centres/gyms. Everyone is like family and treated as such. There is a genuine caring about customers; not only from the owners, but also their staff. But most importantly Im down 10 pounds in 3 days and not through starvation. It doesn't matter what your age is or what level of fitness you are at, this just proves their system works! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something different. Im looking forward to updating this at the end of the 6 week challenge.
*Update: I am very proud to announce that I successfully completed the 6 week challenge and lost an amazing 30 pounds. After failing many diet attempts, diet pills and diet medications the only thing that truly worked was Koko. Everything from their meal plans to their trainers are first class. The other part I am very pleased with, is I have been able to stop all daily migraine meds and have cut my migraines down by 25% along with the duration and intensity. As a patient of CHAMP (Calgary Headache Assessment & Management Program) to me this was everything. I believe diet, regular exercise and weight loss contributed to this.
Anyone looking for positive results with a sustainable change, I highly recommend Koko FitClub! I signed up for a full year and looking forward to this next journey.
I was super skeptical coming into the 6 week challenge at Koko, Iāve tried diets and workouts before and had zero success. I did it with one of my closest friends which made it easy to keep ourselves accountable. The challenge was tough but very, very achievable. I loved the intimate setting of the gym and how interactive the trainers are. If I had any questions or concerns they always made themselves available and extremely helpful. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to get a kickstart on a healthy lifestyle and establish good habits.
I was skeptical at first when I heard about the 6 week challenge to lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat but after the first week and losing 8 lbs, I knew I came into the right place. This challenge does more than give a goal but it helps develop healthier habits that will stick.
After 6 weeks I lost 28lbs and achieved my goal. The environment is amazing and supportive, the trainers know how to push you to your own personal limits. This has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Thank you for everything!
I was ready to do something for myself and get off the couch... but where do you go and what gym was right for me? And as I flipped through Facebook I saw the 6 week Challenge ad and thought what do I have to lose. Well 6 weeks later I lost 15lbs ... 4% body fat ... and 4ā off my waist alone! The support and guidance of the staff, and the motivation from the trainers to push on through when you are ready to quit, was exactly what I needed. They helped me kick start my journey to a healthy me through the challenge and now beyond as I continue to reach my next goal. Thank you everyone at Koko ! You guys are awesome!
I was able to successfully complete the 6 week challenge at Koko. It's a great atmosphere to workout. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The meal plans were easy to follow. The X sessions were both challenging as well as rewarding thanks to the awesome trainer Baleze. I have been to a few gyms in the past where you get intimidated with the number of strength training machines. But the single smart trainer at Koko combined pretty much all strength training exercises in one and also kept track of my workouts and results. Thanks to Shannon and Shannon for all the support during the 6 weeks. Keep up the great work guys. Highly recommend Koko Fit club to all. Cheers.

This is the best fitness club Iāve experienced. The smarttrainer machines were great but I must say that it is the staff that made me want to keep coming back.
Baleze is such an awesome trainer. He pushes you to your limits but you feel so good after his classes.
Mr. Shannon greets you everytime and makes you feel welcome.
Chris is such a ball of energy. He is always friendly and easy to talk to - much like how he is in the commercials.
Ms. Shannon is always ready to help. She is quick to reply to any concerns in person or on Facebook.
Amber is such a nice trainer. She always checks on you to make sure youāre doing alright during her classes.
Tysonās class was fun (even though I just had one class with him). I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he incorporates a little bit of Yoga into his classes.
Anna is a vault of information. She has a kind and supportive attitude which really helped me when I started the program.
Kristine always has a smile and a welcoming attitude.
I didnāt get a chance to meet the other staff, but thank you to all staff! You guys are what makes Koko Fitclub a great fitness club.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and non-judgmental and it makes for a really positive environment for making this kind of change. I learned so much about better eating habits and working out and I can't wait to continue this journey with them. A big thank you to all of the Koko staff including Kristen for being so supportive throughout, Tyson and Amber for their encouragement and amazing workouts, both Shannons for helping keep me on track, and Baleze for coming up with my post challenge nutrition plan. I just finished the 6 week challenge and I couldnāt be happier! People always told me that I donāt have weight to lose but I was at the heaviest Iāve ever been and kept gaining weight. On top of that I was extremely out of shape and ate an abundance of unhealthy food. This challenge taught me how to eat healthy! The best feeling for me was when I realized how strong I had become. The thought of going to the gym has always intimidated me because I had no clue what to do. The moment I walked into the KoKo all of that fear went away. Everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. I was always smiling and laughing when I was there! Thank you to the entire team for helping me through this challenge!!!
I just finished my 6 week challenge with koko fit club. Walking in the first day I was terrified it would be full of mirrors and judging eyes!! But to my delight it was full of beautiful, friendly people all with the same goal, trying to be healthier! It wasnāt even two weeks before I noticed how everyone seemed like a friend and knew your name or struck up friendly convo. By week 3 I knew this was the gym for me (if not sooner)!! The Shannonās are amazing owners who clearly pour their heart and soul into their business, and it comes out in all the right ways. Iām so excited to be a member now and to continue on my journey to good health. I love the trainers and how they work with you and your needs and know just how to push you and encourage you!! I just finished my 6 week challenge with Koko and Iām so excited to say with the amazing support and advice from everyone at Koko, Iāve lost 26.2lbs and I hit my BMI goal. I canāt say enough positive things about this place. There wasnāt once I dreaded going. They kept me accountable the whole time and motivated every week. They make you feel so important and like a part of one big happy family. I recommend Koko to everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness level. Itās for absolutely everyone. 6 weeks ago I started my koko journey. I am thankful each and every day that I took a chance. After trying every fad diet and drinking all the "miracle drinks" I wasnt seeing results. I was on the verge of giving up, until I saw my friends 6 week results on facebook & thought to myself what do I have to loose?! I am so grateful to Mr. & Mrs. Shannon for always making me feel like part of the Koko family, to Baleze for kicking my butt & for helping me acheive fitness goals which I never imagined possible and to Chris & Anna for keeping me accountable with my nutrition. Im happy to say that I lost 12lbs & 2.5% body fat and that is just the beginning. I cant wait to see what comes next for me on this journey!!
6 week challenge was awesome! The small group fitness classes are an awesome workout with an instructor that can actually spend time making sure you are doing the exercises properly. The machines are awesome because they help you keep pace and provide visual feedback to keep you on track. It was amazing to workout hard and not feel that sore the next day. So happy I learned new skills to workout properly!! The meal plan was the toughest, but I am sure it was much easier for those with more culinary expertise. And of course, the staff are friendly, non judgmental, and all around fantastic!

But to my delight it was full of beautiful, friendly people all with the same goal, trying to be healthier! It wasnāt even two weeks before I noticed how everyone seemed like a friend and knew your name or struck up friendly convo. By week 3 I knew this was the gym for me (if not sooner)!! The Shannonās are amazing owners who clearly pour their heart and soul into their business, and it comes out in all the right ways. Iām so excited to be a member now and to continue on my journey to good health. I love the trainers and how they work with you and your needs and know just how to push you and encourage you!! Thanks Amber, Tyson and Belize for your hard work towards our good health!! You make the struggles of a good workout fun and fast! I always leave happy, sometimes with jello legs but always happy!!

I canāt say enough positive things about this place. There wasnāt once I dreaded going. They kept me accountable the whole time and motivated every week. They make you feel so important and like a part of one big happy family. I recommend Koko to everyone, no matter where you are in your fitness level. Itās for absolutely everyone. Amber and Belize kicked my butt into shape every step of the way and I could have never gone this far without them, Shannon x2 and Anna. The support and love is overwhelming. 6 weeks ago I started my koko journey. I am thankful each and every day that I took a chance. After trying every fad diet and drinking all the "miracle drinks" I wasnt seeing results. I was on the verge of giving up, until I saw my friends 6 week results on facebook & thought to myself what do I have to loose?! I am so grateful to Mr. & Mrs. Shannon for always making me feel like part of the Koko family, to Baleze for kicking my butt & for helping me acheive fitness goals which I never imagined possible and to Chris & Anna for keeping me accountable with my nutrition. Im happy to say that I lost 12lbs & 2.5% body fat and that is just the beginning. I cant wait to see what comes next for me on this journey!!
6 week challenge was awesome! The small group fitness classes are an awesome workout with an instructor that can actually spend time making sure you are doing the exercises properly. The machines are awesome because they help you keep pace and provide visual feedback to keep you on track. It was amazing to workout hard and not feel that sore the next day. So happy I learned new skills to workout properly!! The meal plan was the toughest, but I am sure it was much easier for those with more culinary expertise. And of course, the staff are friendly, non judgmental, and all around fantastic!
i just recently joined koko fit club and so far i love it, the only thing iām worried about is the number of machines available with the increasing number of people signing up for membership thereās not enough smart trainer machines for everyone. like today i went to the gym to work out and itās pretty dead with only 5 people inside but thereās only 4 machines. what more on peak hours? ļæ½ but overall i still like the idea of virtual trainer. ļæ½
You may have already seen me personally marketing this wonderful place quite a few times because I would rate it the best get fit location Iāve ever been at!! ļæ½ The friendly, encouraging and caring staff make it easy to succeed at oneās goals. ļæ½ All one needs to do is show up to the boot camp and circuit training classes, hop on the treadmill and/or the elliptical machine, watch what they take into their body, and smile at progress. ļæ½ I have signed up to keep coming because it feels so good to work out in a world class facility, lose weight and inches, as well as gain confidence in my body. #lifestyle #fit #grateful
With the Koko Fitness 6 Week Challenge I have accomplished so much more of my weight loss goals than I ever had before! They gave me the tools of nutrition and intense workout classes to not only help me reach my goal but surpass it with flying colours.
Iāve been told in terms of fitness I should be happy with the body that I have. But I wanted to achieve more. Iāve been told in the past that I donāt have 10 lbs to lose. I lost 10.5 lbs. Iāve been told I donāt have the body fat % to lose. I lost 6.1%. Not without putting in the work thatās for sure.
It wasnāt easy. Itās been a tough 6 weeks. Eating has always been my weakness and I learned that the key to all of this success is healthy eating. The nutrition portion has been the hardest part, but I committed from the start and never looked back. With the meal plan alone, I started to see a difference by week 2.
The workout classes are killer. They bring you to the brink of passing out so you know itās working.
The machines make weight training a breeze. It takes the intimidation and complications out of a weight training session and you can just focus on hitting your pace and making those muscles lean and mean.
And the community. The support and encouragement from the trainers is above and beyond what youād see from a conventional gym. Itās a close knit family and they welcome you with open arms.

The staff at Koko FitClub Calgary North are very welcoming and supportive. The atmosphere is inviting, friendly and other members are a great bunch of people. Whether you are brand-new to fitness, or joining with experience, the environment is non intimating and the machines aid you in progressing at your own level. The group classes pushes, educates, and transforms you.
In my particular situation, I came down a chest infection the second week into the challenge which took me out for a week. After coming back for a class or two, I ran into medical issues in which my doctor notified me to stop any strenuous activities (everything except for very brief walking) - talk about double whammy.
That said, following the meal plan provided and not dropping out of the challenge, my weight was coming down. The staff at KoKo were very supportive throughout and adapted to my situation offering me to attend the stretch classes due to my doctor's notification to be able to partake in the activities. Goes to reinforce the provided meal plans, support, accountability, and your consistency in following through gets you through your transformation journey.
The staff and community are what will keep you coming back for more.
I did the 6 week challenge in 5 weeks and the staff were very flexible and allowed me to customize my goal to this shortened time period. The staff are extremely friendly and personable and quickly were able to both become friends and also motivate me to my best. The classes I attended were varied and fun and the small classes made for an intimate experience. Knowing what the diet would be like ahead of time would be my only small complaint but otherwise love my time at Koko.
Since being with Koko Fit Club, I am happy to have dropped one of my Diabetes medications as well as my weight. My overall health and strength has improved drastically. The Koko FitClub's self-paced, self-directed universal gyms are easy to use and to transition between the various exercises making them effortless and enjoyable. While the Fit classes are intense, they are rewarding. The FitCoaches are magnificent. Baleze, Amber and Tyson are very supportive and knowledgeable, from fitness tips, to health and nutrition support. With Koko FitClubās help, I know I will continue on my journey to getting fit. Koko is amazing! I've had tons of gym memberships before where I never went but Koko feels like family so I'm there almost daily. Would 100% recommend to friends and family. Koko FitClub makes it really easy to take the steps to achieve your goals.
Its been less than a week since I joined and this place is amazing! The staff don't try to over-sell you like a lot of fitness centres/gyms. Everyone is like family and treated as such. There is a genuine caring about customers; not only from the owners, but also their staff. But most importantly Im down 10 pounds in 3 days and not through starvation. It doesn't matter what your age is or what level of fitness you are at, this just proves their system works! I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something different. Im looking forward to updating this at the end of the 6 week challenge.
*Update: I am very proud to announce that I successfully completed the 6 week challenge and lost an amazing 30 pounds. After failing many diet attempts, diet pills and diet medications the only thing that truly worked was Koko. Everything from their meal plans to their trainers are first class. The other part I am very pleased with, is I have been able to stop all daily migraine meds and have cut my migraines down by 25% along with the duration and intensity. As a patient of CHAMP (Calgary Headache Assessment & Management Program) to me this was everything. I believe diet, regular exercise and weight loss contributed to this.
Anyone looking for positive results with a sustainable change, I highly recommend Koko FitClub! I signed up for a full year and looking forward to this next journey.

I did it with one of my closest friends which made it easy to keep ourselves accountable. The challenge was tough but very, very achievable. I loved the intimate setting of the gym and how interactive the trainers are. If I had any questions or concerns they always made themselves available and extremely helpful. I would recommend this program to anyone who wants to get a kickstart on a healthy lifestyle and establish good habits.
I was skeptical at first when I heard about the 6 week challenge to lose 25 lbs or 6% body fat but after the first week and losing 8 lbs, I knew I came into the right place. This challenge does more than give a goal but it helps develop healthier habits that will stick.
After 6 weeks I lost 28lbs and achieved my goal. The environment is amazing and supportive, the trainers know how to push you to your own personal limits. This has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Thank you for everything!
I was ready to do something for myself and get off the couch... but where do you go and what gym was right for me? And as I flipped through Facebook I saw the 6 week Challenge ad and thought what do I have to lose. Well 6 weeks later I lost 15lbs ... 4% body fat ... and 4ā off my waist alone! The support and guidance of the staff, and the motivation from the trainers to push on through when you are ready to quit, was exactly what I needed. I was able to successfully complete the 6 week challenge at Koko. It's a great atmosphere to workout. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The meal plans were easy to follow. The X sessions were both challenging as well as rewarding thanks to the awesome trainer Baleze. I have been to a few gyms in the past where you get intimidated with the number of strength training machines. But the single smart trainer at Koko combined pretty much all strength training exercises in one and also kept track of my workouts and results. Thanks to Shannon and Shannon for all the support during the 6 weeks. Keep up the great work guys. Highly recommend Koko Fit club to all. Cheers.

This is the best fitness club Iāve experienced. The smarttrainer machines were great but I must say that it is the staff that made me want to keep coming back.
Baleze is such an awesome trainer. He pushes you to your limits but you feel so good after his classes.
Mr. Shannon greets you everytime and makes you feel welcome.
Chris is such a ball of energy. He is always friendly and easy to talk to - much like how he is in the commercials.
Ms. Shannon is always ready to help. She is quick to reply to any concerns in person or on Facebook.
Amber is such a nice trainer. She always checks on you to make sure youāre doing alright during her classes.
Tysonās class was fun (even though I just had one class with him). I was pleasantly surprised to find out that he incorporates a little bit of Yoga into his classes.
Anna is a vault of information. She has a kind and supportive attitude which really helped me when I started the program.

I just finished the 6 week challenge at Koko fitclub and I have lost 27 pounds in 6 weeks. This is the most weight I have lost in a long time and is the longest I've managed to keep it off. The staff are incredibly welcoming and non-judgmental and it makes for a really positive environment for making this kind of change. I learned so much about better eating habits and working out and I can't wait to continue this journey with them. Im happy to say that I lost 12lbs & 2.5% body fat and that is just the beginning. I cant wait to see what comes next for me on this journey!!
6 week challenge was awesome! The small group fitness classes are an awesome workout with an instructor that can actually spend time making sure you are doing the exercises properly. The machines are awesome because they help you keep pace and provide visual feedback to keep you on track. It was amazing to workout hard and not feel that sore the next day. So happy I learned new skills to workout properly!! The meal plan was the toughest, but I am sure it was much easier for those with more culinary expertise. And of course, the staff are friendly, non judgmental, and all around fantastic!
