Konig Motors

This is the only shop I will take my vehicles for service and if buying, the only group I would talk to. Quality workmanship, unrivaled client service an inviting atmosphere and reasonable rates complete the package. A great group and I'm excited everytime I have the opportunity to refer people to them.

I've taken a couple of my vehicles to Konig over this past year for general maintenance and they have been excellent. Exceptional customer service and great atmosphere.

My truck broke down a couple blocks away late in the day and they were more than happy to bring the truck in and take a look at it.

I had a tire blow out and some brake issues that the truck was already booked in for at another shop the next day. Since it was in their shop already to get the tire replaced (sidewalk puncture) they quoted me on the rest of the work and the prices were quite reasonable.

Had the work done, new brakes in the rear, replaced some leaking seals and got the transmission serviced at the same time. The turnaround on the repairs was very quick and I walked away happy as the service was top notch.

There was an issue with the rear brakes that actually turned out to be a manufacturing issue from the supplier on the drums. Konig was able to get me new parts, free of charge, while getting the supplier to cover their labour so I wasn't out of pocket for anything. Truck was given priority over almost everything else and was fixed/back on the road within hours. They checked out all the other brake components to make sure there were no other potential issues.

All in all, I'd come back for the next time I need work, even if it is a 20+ minute drive from my house. Great service, great customer service and very quick turn arounds.

I always have an amazing experience at Konig, but today was even more notable as they got me in and out for a last minute tire change in less than 40 min. I was early for my appointment and impressed as usual. All the employees are so dedicated to their work and it shows in the quality of service!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended of you have a higher end car.

Paul Faverin and Peter Jedynak were extremely helpful. I bought a car sight unseen and when I flew into Calgary to pick it up they had it plated and ready to go. I could not have been happier with my experience with the crew at Konig Motors.

Konig Motors is by far the best experience I've ever had! The customer experience is outstanding....Adam worked on my Subaru, (he IS a Subaru guy!), and kept me in the loop on everything, explained the mechanics of the parts that needed replacing and even took pictures of the old part next to the new part so he could show me. I will recommend Konig Motors AND Adam to everyone! Thanks Konig team!!
