About 4 months ago the sales representative Shania helped me switch from Telus to Koodo. Since switching my experience with Koodo has no been the best as I haven't received the deal I have been promised. I was patience but today my patience ran out. I went into Koodo and fully intended to give them a piece of my mind since I have called, emailed twice and went in previously BUT Shania fixed everything. She is so great at what she does and I am really glad I met her again. Unfortunately she is leaving Koodo. But so glad for my experience with her. Just her. Shania is great! Thanks so much for finally hearing me out.

Good staff with reasonably priced phone plans

The staff at this location are top notch!

Jason and Alex have gone over and above for me at every opportunity, as well as being very knowledgeable.

One of the sales reps named fatima screwed me out of 150$ do not trust her she told us that she was going to get fired if she got one more bad review. Hopfully she got fired.

For the most part the staff is excellent here! Some of the younger girls have a bit "Don't bother me" attitude. But in the end, If you are a good, understanding customer (after all they don't make the Koodo Rules)...they will give you the Best Koodo Experience. My Phone repair was done quick and efficiently.
