Disgusting customer service. Much like calling Koodo for anything. New motto suggestion "we're here to make you wait and to help you leave dissatisfied"

After 3 frustrating stops at out of town dealers, 400+kms for a warranty fix, I finally met with Mike at Marlborough store. THESE GUYS 'GET 'ER DONE'! Thanks for the often lost art of customer service!
