Brought my brand new truck in for an alignment, after installing a lift kit on it, and they rolled it off there UNINSPECTED lifted 4 post hoist and destroyed it!!! Owner was to much of a coward to show up the day it happened and the staff that was there never even apologized! Staff has zero idea what they are doing! Do not waste your hard earned money or trust your vehicle with these people!!!!!

Koops' has been established in Black Diamond,, where I attended High School and where my in-laws still live, a very long time, so I knew they had a good reputation and a solid footing in our small community. However, I had never personally had an opportunity to take advantage of their services until early this fall when an issue with my steering left me afraid to drive my car home to Strathmore. As it turned out, the problem was just enough to be noticable but really difficult to pinpoint the cause of. They let me use their courtesy car for as long as it took to fix my car and worked on it until the problem was completely resolved-requiring some serious time investment on their part, problem solving and teamwork. This was so appreciated as I was on a budget and use my car long distances to work with families of children with special needs, so my clients didn't miss out on my support while my car was being fixed. I was always treated with utmost respect and compassion. The people at Koop's are wonderful and I will be taking my car back again. So happy to have my baby back on the road! Thank You!
