Kramer Mazda

From first contact with Kramer Mazda I felt comfortable in my decision to purchase from them. Leanne was able to get me in right away and Phil and Steve made the purchase process as painless as buying a car can be. They walked me through the steps, gave me the options without being pushy and gave me piece of mind in my purchase.

Update:
Never actually got my finance follow up call as promised I had to actually call to find out if financing went through and when my vehicle would be ready to pick up.

Requested for winter tires to be put on and that I would pay to have it done. Despite there being over a weeks wait winters were not on upon pick up.

When looking at vehicle I noticed one of the wheel well liners' fasteners was coming loose. Asked to have it fixed. Told not a problem. When I picked up the vehicle the fastener was "in place" but once I got home I noticed it loose again. After closer inspection I noticed the area where the fastener is mounted in the metal was broken. Makes me wonder about the inspection my car actually had. Hoping it gets resolved tomorrow.

Process from choosing, through finance, and final pickup checklist was organized and predictable. Put me at ease knowing what to expect. Phil in sales was especially appreciated - he genuinely want to help me get the right the right vehicle for a reasonable price.

We recently purchased a used vehicle through Cathy B. at Kramer Mazda and had a great experience. The process was straight forward and pain free which is what you hope for when purchasing a vehicle. They went out of there way to have necessary remedies to the vehicle taken care of. Thanks for the great experience!

I've been coming here 9+ years now, for just about everything. Staff is usually very friendly and polite.

Purchased my THIRD vehicle recently... There were communication issues on where new vehicle was coming from... Had to take transit for week and a half to prevent possible damage to trade-in... No loaner car offered... During wrap-up, no offer was made to waive anything (a $20 plate registration doesn't count); instead, I was up-sold 3M protection and undercoating ($1500 value)... There also allegedly was a loyalty discount of $1000, which was never offered... Contacted the manager I dealt with about my concerns... Received a small personalized calendar in the mail (approx. $100 value, max).

The amount of money I've spent at this location over 9 years, considering the circumstances of my recent purchase, and I was offered an apology and a calendar.

Just another day, just another sale folks.

I was there last night, October 31, 2017 & the sales representative, Phil was super helpful & was able to answer all the questions I had. He was phenomenal and knew what he was doing even though he has only been there for 2 months. All the workers were very welcoming, they all tried to be super helpful. Phil was showing 100% customer service. I was super happy with their service!

Take my 2014 Mazda 6 here all the time for service girls at the service desk are amazing! But over time i have noticed my rims being chipped from them being changed over summer/winter tires. Asked if anything can be done was told they could be painted passed on that.

More recently i called and asked a price to get just 1 yes one rim was told the price was just shy of $700.00 so my guess is they would order a set of 4 charge me then sell the other 3 for profit. Can get after market rims for that cost or maybe $200.00 more. One last thing have been thinking of trading my car in for a 2017 or a 2018 Mazda 6 left my number twice was told i would get a call back... 2 weeks later i'm still waiting.

At this point ill still service my car here i find that part is fine and the service team is great! As for the sales not so much.

Had a great experience at Kramer Mazda. The staff was extremely helpful and outgoing. The process of purchasing a car was very smooth and as painless as possible. Any questions you have were answered right away by the staff. They care about their customers by making them feel welcome right away.

I bought my car from Kramer Mazda more than 3 months ago so now I can write a real reasonable review. About the agency, nice friendly staff and good customer service, sure my next car will be from there too. Shout out to Jorge, Kurt, and Amanda... The amazing people there who provided an excellent service for me. About the car, this is my first Mazda ans I am totally impressed. I git CX-5 2016.5. My criteria was to buy a car that looks nice and performs great in Canada winter days, but now I regret that I didn't own a Mazda till I got this one. Nice design, amazing technology. A car that I am enjoying to drive. I think It won't be my last Mazda too.

I had a fantastic experience here at Kramer Mazda. Even though I initially came in to find something with wheels which would help my credit, I was able to get into the vehicle I wanted at an incredible price! All my questions and concerns were taken seriously and looked into immediately following the sale. Kramer Mazda is highly recommended by me.

I had a regular check of oil and filter plus some questions including what to do in case of losing function of the audio system. I got answers to everything. This appointment was for me to wait for the checkout and required changes. Everything was done in less than 90 minutes. The attention was very professional and efficient. So I've had my new to me car for almost 3 weeks now, I wanted to make sure I was truly satisfied before writing a review. I am totally happy with the certified pre owned Mazda 3 that I bought. The car is great, but the service from Kramer was better than I expected. Chad is a great guy to deal with, ask for him when you go in for sure. He is patient, honest and so helpful! He took the time to find out what I wanted and picked out exactly the right car. Then he worked with Alfie to get the right price for me as well. Between them and Amanda, the whole team really made sure everything was taken care of. I've already recommended them to others

Rather than wasting our time at the show bragging bout the cars and trying to get out person information, Chad built a connection and got to know us. He was hands down my favorite person I met at the Auto Show.
While every other company blitz called us after the show just looking to book a test drive, followed with relentless emails that made me regret giving it out, Chad followed up just to say thanks for chatting at the show and asked us to reach out when we were ready. From this point I knew he would be the one I wanted to buy a car from, (Mazda was not our only choice at this time for a vehicle).

When I did reach out Chad I went in to test drive a Mazda 3. He spent 2 hours with me, getting to know who/how I am and what is important to me. We ended up test driving a Mazda 6, because he recognized it may be a good choice with a few kids to tow around, and I fell in love with my soon to be new car. I did not put any deposit down that day, nor was I pressured to, and Chad was very supportive of me making a smart decision so he provided me with a couple different financing possibilities to go home with.

We went back a few days later to put a deposit down and go through the finance process. This part is always and anxious moment for me, but Steve (our finance manager) was incredible. He put my fears to rest and walked us through the process with ease. When follow up information was required, he teammate Kurt was super helpful in working diligently with us.

The day I picked up my new car, was like having baby number 4 but it was ALL MINE... ha.... it was an incredible day, still a bit hazy because it was so serene. Amanda, our Delivery Specialist, walked me through all the sweet new technology I had in my Mazda 6 and made me feel like it really was Christmas.

Our family will be purchasing a new vehicle again in the future, and I hope to car heaven that these people are still there when we do.

The last used car experience I had a few years back with another dealership went south near the end, so i expected as much this go round. As it turned out, I was very wrong about that and Kramer Mazda specifically. The experience with Kramer was amazing. They were transparent, fair in the price negotiations, low pressure , very accommodating and when we detected last minute issue with a quarter panel, the manager said 'We'll have it fixed within 48 hours and at our expense' , they did and it was no menial job. A very special shout out to Moses who was our sales rep, he was amazing! We will be going back when we need a new car, no doubt - thanks!

I have been dealing with Kramer Mazda for three and a half years. I purchased my CX5 new and have always had it serviced at Kramer. I can't say enough good things about the dealership. The entire experience was excellent. Most of the visits I have made for service I have dealt with Chandra Harris. I can honestly say that in over 40 years of driving I have never dealt with a better service rep. I highly recommend Kramer Mazda.
