We were looking for something with a big trunk but with a tight budget. Me and my family experience at Kramer were excellent! Kudos to Dmitri(sales), Susan (credit manager), Dennis (general sales manager) and Amanda (receptionist). They took the time to help us find the right vehicle, explain the details of our terms and features of our Mazda 5. We felt very well taken care of and not pressure to make the purchase. Today Mazda went above and beyond! Not only did they do a great job on my car, but they went above and beyond in helping me out. I needed to be taken to emergency and the porter, Daryl, took me there and got me into a wheelchair and stayed with me until I was connected with the hospital staff. Me and my family had a great experience at Kramer Mazda. We were shopping for an SUV that would fulfill requirements of family and be an excellent vehicle. Kramer Mazda staff were fantastic, professional and helped us select our vehicle which turned out to the lovely Mazda CX-9 signature edition (I am so impressed with our CX-9 that l will do a separate review on it).



From the time I came in to test drive at Kramer and then came in with my wife and kids all went very well. While other dealerships had good and friendly staff, I felt Kramer Mazda staff was one notch up. From sales (Jorge/Faiz), to finance (Kurt), the GM Dennis, the Owner Vinay and Sarah at delivery were all very accommodating and helpful. All followed-up on how things went and if they can help with anything else.

I decided this time around to go through Kramer Mazda, and I couldn't be happier I did. My most previous experience with Mazda has been very dreadful and unpleasant.

I bought my car brand new at the dealership, which was an overall great experience - why? Probably because they were making money, so of course them selling me the car was fast and efficient.

I purchased the Wear Protection Warranty which covers minor incidents of small dents, bumper scratches, tire scuffs, door dings, etc. I have now been waiting and pulling through 2 months (since October 17, 2016) of restless phone calls dealing with a Kramer Mazda service adviser, Anna-Lynne, in dealing with the issue of getting my minor bumper dent and scuff repaired. It is very clear to me that the dealership does not want to fix my bumper even though I have spent $1000 on this warranty when I purchased the car. Now that Kramer Mazda need to spend money on the customer, they will do anything to do nothing at all. I am a very disappointed and unsatisfied customer of Kramer Mazda.





UPDATE:

After speaking with the service manager, Kevin, Kramer had finally fixed my bumpers scratches & dent after a totalled 3 month period (Oct.2016-Jan.2017). The work on my bumpers look fantastic, they did a great job after all. Thank you.

I want to acknowledge Kevin - service manager- for handling a complaint i had very professionally. However, shuttle driver was talking down to me and customer service rep did not acknowledge the request i have already put in place to have a shuttle. I would give you guys 5 if you were respectful to your customer. It is not the customer's fault not to find the sevice that he was assured to have. Thanks to the manager who listened and acted quickly.

We bought a CX3 in February. I'm very happy with the car, but as part of the buying process we were convinced we needed to buy the diamond treated windshield because it came with a 1 year warranty covering chips.

Well, this week, when a huge piece of gravel chipped my windshield on Deerfoot, I sighed with relief knowing we'd spent an extra $400 on this. Moments later, the chip extended into a crack.

This won't be covered under the warranty because it only covers "chips", not "cracks", even though the crack resulted from a chip. We're less than thrilled about this.

I refuse to go back to this dealership. Very disappointed with this dishonest policy. Don't let them convince you this is worthwhile. Or better yet, shop elsewhere!

If you want a dealership that does not communicate with you, has terrible customer service and does not honor the warranty that they sell you, then you have found your place.

The service manager, Kevin, took over two and a half months to return my call. They damaged my radio to the point it does not work and they have now told me that they are not responsible for the damage and that they will not replace it because I brought it in 10 hours after the warranty expired.

I also just found out that they did not honor the warranty on my tires when I had them replaced. They charged me $400 when they were supposed to replace them for free under warranty.

If i can rate it 0 star i would... I have a 2015 CX5 and suddenly the lights stop working when i press the lock button. I took it to the dealership to get it fix, they said that they just need to reprogram it and it should be ok. The next day, i got a call from the service advisor and said that they reprogram it but still no luck, so they decided to replace a part but the part is in order so i took the car back in... When the part came in, i brought the car back. The next day, I got a call and the lights are still not working. They told me that they will replace another module. So again, i took the car back. Few days after that, I got a call from the dealership, so I brought it over again. The next freaking day, I got a call and guess what??? still not working!!!!! Now they are telling me that they'll check the remote starter. And this morning when i called them, the advisor was telling me that the lights were not suppose to work because the wire has been bypassed when installing a remote starter... I paid a lot of money for a brand new car but they cant diagnose it properly. How can i trust my car with you guys if you cant even fix a flashing lights problem when locking a door????? It was working for 8 months and now you were saying its not suppose to work? And i had to come back 4 times to get it fix... I am very very disappointed in your service!!!! I will be going somewhere else for another car in the future... Not worth the headache for a 2015 vehicle!!!!!

From first contact with Kramer Mazda I felt comfortable in my decision to purchase from them. Leanne was able to get me in right away and Phil and Steve made the purchase process as painless as buying a car can be. They walked me through the steps, gave me the options without being pushy and gave me piece of mind in my purchase.



Update:

Never actually got my finance follow up call as promised I had to actually call to find out if financing went through and when my vehicle would be ready to pick up.



Requested for winter tires to be put on and that I would pay to have it done. Despite there being over a weeks wait winters were not on upon pick up.



When looking at vehicle I noticed one of the wheel well liners' fasteners was coming loose. Asked to have it fixed. Told not a problem. When I picked up the vehicle the fastener was "in place" but once I got home I noticed it loose again. After closer inspection I noticed the area where the fastener is mounted in the metal was broken. Makes me wonder about the inspection my car actually had. Hoping it gets resolved tomorrow.



Update:

I will not be going back to Kramer Mazda. Phil was great but I was not impressed with how I was treated by his sales manager. I didn't feel like my concerns were being addressed and very much felt like the "typical woman" on a car dealership lot since what I had to say was being dismissed from the get go. I called him on it and he berated me (raising his voice and pointing his finger in my face). I've worked in customer service since grade 12 and know you NEVER do that. He said he would put a bigger fastener in and replace the few clips that were also missing. Being a shop teacher I know this is a bandaid fix. When I asked if he would have the car fixed down the road if his "fix" didn't last he said yes but refused to put it in writing even though this was supposed to be fixed before I picked it up.



They put my car on the hoist to put the "bigger" fastener in and replace missing clips. When my keys were given back to me I was told that some of the clips couldn't be replaced because there was no where to fix them to and that the ones that were put on might come loose. Since the only person there I could deal with was the sales manager, I knew they wouldn't do anything else.



I've since called Mazda head office. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back from them. I love my Mazda but this will be my last as I refuse to give more of my business to a company that condones treating females as second class citizens who can be taken for a ride and who don't follow through with their promises. I suggest you purchase another brand. Rest assured my family, friends, and co-workers have heard my story and they won't be purchasing a Mazda any time soon.

Be careful when buying a Mazda 3. After two years of owning a brand new Mazda 3. I had battery issues that I had to pay for it myself after a year of use and now after two years with 45,000km all 4 tires need to be replaced that should have a 80,000km warranty. Again Kramer are not taking ownership of their vehicles and will not do anything for me. This is on me to contact the tire company and paid for new tires. Been going there for regular maintenance and nothing was ever brought up about it. First time owner and will be the last time. This has been my experience with them. Just what people to be aware on the quality of cars by Mazda. �

Never actually got my finance follow up call as promised I had to actually call to find out if financing went through and when my vehicle would be ready to pick up.



Requested for winter tires to be put on and that I would pay to have it done. Despite there being over a weeks wait winters were not on upon pick up.



When looking at vehicle I noticed one of the wheel well liners' fasteners was coming loose. Asked to have it fixed. Told not a problem. When I picked up the vehicle the fastener was "in place" but once I got home I noticed it loose again. After closer inspection I noticed the area where the fastener is mounted in the metal was broken. Makes me wonder about the inspection my car actually had. Hoping it gets resolved tomorrow.

I didn't feel like my concerns were being addressed and very much felt like the "typical woman" on a car dealership lot since what I had to say was being dismissed from the get go. I called him on it and he berated me (raising his voice and pointing his finger in my face). I've worked in customer service since grade 12 and know you NEVER do that. He said he would put a bigger fastener in and replace the few clips that were also missing. Being a shop teacher I know this is a bandaid fix. When I asked if he would have the car fixed down the road if his "fix" didn't last he said yes but refused to put it in writing even though this was supposed to be fixed before I picked it up.



They put my car on the hoist to put the "bigger" fastener in and replace missing clips. When my keys were given back to me I was told that some of the clips couldn't be replaced because there was no where to fix them to and that the ones that were put on might come loose. Since the only person there I could deal with was the sales manager, I knew they wouldn't do anything else.



I've since called Mazda head office. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back from them. I love my Mazda but this will be my last as I refuse to give more of my business to a company that condones treating females as second class citizens who can be taken for a ride and who don't follow through with their promises. I suggest you purchase another brand. Rest assured my family, friends, and co-workers have heard my story and they won't be purchasing a Mazda any time soon.

I had battery issues that I had to pay for it myself after a year of use and now after two years with 45,000km all 4 tires need to be replaced that should have a 80,000km warranty. Again Kramer are not taking ownership of their vehicles and will not do anything for me. This is on me to contact the tire company and paid for new tires. Been going there for regular maintenance and nothing was ever brought up about it. First time owner and will be the last time. This has been my experience with them. Just what people to be aware on the quality of cars by Mazda. �

My most previous experience with Mazda has been very dreadful and unpleasant.

I bought my car brand new at the dealership, which was an overall great experience - why? Probably because they were making money, so of course them selling me the car was fast and efficient.

I purchased the Wear Protection Warranty which covers minor incidents of small dents, bumper scratches, tire scuffs, door dings, etc. I have now been waiting and pulling through 2 months (since October 17, 2016) of restless phone calls dealing with a Kramer Mazda service adviser, Anna-Lynne, in dealing with the issue of getting my minor bumper dent and scuff repaired. It is very clear to me that the dealership does not want to fix my bumper even though I have spent $1000 on this warranty when I purchased the car. Now that Kramer Mazda need to spend money on the customer, they will do anything to do nothing at all. I am a very disappointed and unsatisfied customer of Kramer Mazda.

After speaking with the service manager, Kevin, Kramer had finally fixed my bumpers scratches & dent after a totalled 3 month period (Oct.2016-Jan.2017). The work on my bumpers look fantastic, they did a great job after all. Thank you.

However, shuttle driver was talking down to me and customer service rep did not acknowledge the request i have already put in place to have a shuttle. I would give you guys 5 if you were respectful to your customer. It is not the customer's fault not to find the sevice that he was assured to have. We bought a CX3 in February. I'm very happy with the car, but as part of the buying process we were convinced we needed to buy the diamond treated windshield because it came with a 1 year warranty covering chips.

Well, this week, when a huge piece of gravel chipped my windshield on Deerfoot, I sighed with relief knowing we'd spent an extra $400 on this. Moments later, the chip extended into a crack.

This won't be covered under the warranty because it only covers "chips", not "cracks", even though the crack resulted from a chip. We're less than thrilled about this.

I refuse to go back to this dealership. Very disappointed with this dishonest policy. Don't let them convince you this is worthwhile. Or better yet, shop elsewhere!

If you want a dealership that does not communicate with you, has terrible customer service and does not honor the warranty that they sell you, then you have found your place.

The service manager, Kevin, took over two and a half months to return my call. They damaged my radio to the point it does not work and they have now told me that they are not responsible for the damage and that they will not replace it because I brought it in 10 hours after the warranty expired.

I also just found out that they did not honor the warranty on my tires when I had them replaced. They charged me $400 when they were supposed to replace them for free under warranty.

If i can rate it 0 star i would... I have a 2015 CX5 and suddenly the lights stop working when i press the lock button. I took it to the dealership to get it fix, they said that they just need to reprogram it and it should be ok. The next day, i got a call from the service advisor and said that they reprogram it but still no luck, so they decided to replace a part but the part is in order so i took the car back in... When the part came in, i brought the car back. The next day, I got a call and the lights are still not working. They told me that they will replace another module. So again, i took the car back. Few days after that, I got a call from the dealership, so I brought it over again. The next freaking day, I got a call and guess what??? still not working!!!!! Now they are telling me that they'll check the remote starter. And this morning when i called them, the advisor was telling me that the lights were not suppose to work because the wire has been bypassed when installing a remote starter... I paid a lot of money for a brand new car but they cant diagnose it properly. How can i trust my car with you guys if you cant even fix a flashing lights problem when locking a door????? It was working for 8 months and now you were saying its not suppose to work? And i had to come back 4 times to get it fix... I am very very disappointed in your service!!!! I will be going somewhere else for another car in the future... Not worth the headache for a 2015 vehicle!!!!!

From sales (Jorge/Faiz), to finance (Kurt), the GM Dennis, the Owner Vinay and Sarah at delivery were all very accommodating and helpful. All followed-up on how things went and if they can help with anything else.

I was booked for 10:30am for my CX-9 2017 but I arrived one hour before my scheduled time, still they accommodate me and just waited for 45 minutes. Done!!! Excellent service always at Kramer Mazda!!! Good job

Had a wonderful experience with Kramer Mazda. Erin was amazing and made the experience stress free! I definitely did not feel taken advantage of due to my inexperience or age. She made me feel confident and comfortable every step of the way! Couldn't be happier with Kramer Mazda! I purchased my last Mazda through Stoney Trail and had nothing but problems and horrendous service. I decided this time around to go through Kramer Mazda, and I couldn't be happier I did. From the moment I walked in, I was eagerly greeted by Sarah, who promptly found me a senior sales associate, Jorge. Jorge listened to exactly what I was looking for, offered me a very fair trade on my current car, and provided me with courteous and genuine service. From there, I was passed onto Steve in Finance who was incredibly patient and efficient with me. I would definitely recommend Kramer to anyone looking for a Mazda!

My most previous experience with Mazda has been very dreadful and unpleasant.

I bought my car brand new at the dealership, which was an overall great experience - why? Probably because they were making money, so of course them selling me the car was fast and efficient.

I purchased the Wear Protection Warranty which covers minor incidents of small dents, bumper scratches, tire scuffs, door dings, etc. I have now been waiting and pulling through 2 months (since October 17, 2016) of restless phone calls dealing with a Kramer Mazda service adviser, Anna-Lynne, in dealing with the issue of getting my minor bumper dent and scuff repaired. It is very clear to me that the dealership does not want to fix my bumper even though I have spent $1000 on this warranty when I purchased the car. Now that Kramer Mazda need to spend money on the customer, they will do anything to do nothing at all. I am a very disappointed and unsatisfied customer of Kramer Mazda.





UPDATE:

After speaking with the service manager, Kevin, Kramer had finally fixed my bumpers scratches & dent after a totalled 3 month period (Oct.2016-Jan.2017). The work on my bumpers look fantastic, they did a great job after all. Thank you.

I want to acknowledge Kevin - service manager- for handling a complaint i had very professionally. However, shuttle driver was talking down to me and customer service rep did not acknowledge the request i have already put in place to have a shuttle. I would give you guys 5 if you were respectful to your customer. It is not the customer's fault not to find the sevice that he was assured to have. Thanks to the manager who listened and acted quickly.

We bought a CX3 in February. I'm very happy with the car, but as part of the buying process we were convinced we needed to buy the diamond treated windshield because it came with a 1 year warranty covering chips.

Well, this week, when a huge piece of gravel chipped my windshield on Deerfoot, I sighed with relief knowing we'd spent an extra $400 on this. Moments later, the chip extended into a crack.

This won't be covered under the warranty because it only covers "chips", not "cracks", even though the crack resulted from a chip. We're less than thrilled about this.

I refuse to go back to this dealership. Very disappointed with this dishonest policy. Don't let them convince you this is worthwhile. Or better yet, shop elsewhere!

If you want a dealership that does not communicate with you, has terrible customer service and does not honor the warranty that they sell you, then you have found your place.

The service manager, Kevin, took over two and a half months to return my call. They damaged my radio to the point it does not work and they have now told me that they are not responsible for the damage and that they will not replace it because I brought it in 10 hours after the warranty expired.

I also just found out that they did not honor the warranty on my tires when I had them replaced. They charged me $400 when they were supposed to replace them for free under warranty.

If i can rate it 0 star i would... I have a 2015 CX5 and suddenly the lights stop working when i press the lock button. I took it to the dealership to get it fix, they said that they just need to reprogram it and it should be ok. The next day, i got a call from the service advisor and said that they reprogram it but still no luck, so they decided to replace a part but the part is in order so i took the car back in... When the part came in, i brought the car back. The next day, I got a call and the lights are still not working. They told me that they will replace another module. So again, i took the car back. Few days after that, I got a call from the dealership, so I brought it over again. The next freaking day, I got a call and guess what??? still not working!!!!! Now they are telling me that they'll check the remote starter. And this morning when i called them, the advisor was telling me that the lights were not suppose to work because the wire has been bypassed when installing a remote starter... I paid a lot of money for a brand new car but they cant diagnose it properly. How can i trust my car with you guys if you cant even fix a flashing lights problem when locking a door????? It was working for 8 months and now you were saying its not suppose to work? And i had to come back 4 times to get it fix... I am very very disappointed in your service!!!! I will be going somewhere else for another car in the future... Not worth the headache for a 2015 vehicle!!!!!

From first contact with Kramer Mazda I felt comfortable in my decision to purchase from them. Leanne was able to get me in right away and Phil and Steve made the purchase process as painless as buying a car can be. They walked me through the steps, gave me the options without being pushy and gave me piece of mind in my purchase.



Update:

Never actually got my finance follow up call as promised I had to actually call to find out if financing went through and when my vehicle would be ready to pick up.



Requested for winter tires to be put on and that I would pay to have it done. Despite there being over a weeks wait winters were not on upon pick up.



When looking at vehicle I noticed one of the wheel well liners' fasteners was coming loose. Asked to have it fixed. Told not a problem. When I picked up the vehicle the fastener was "in place" but once I got home I noticed it loose again. After closer inspection I noticed the area where the fastener is mounted in the metal was broken. Makes me wonder about the inspection my car actually had. Hoping it gets resolved tomorrow.



Update:

I will not be going back to Kramer Mazda. Phil was great but I was not impressed with how I was treated by his sales manager. I didn't feel like my concerns were being addressed and very much felt like the "typical woman" on a car dealership lot since what I had to say was being dismissed from the get go. I called him on it and he berated me (raising his voice and pointing his finger in my face). I've worked in customer service since grade 12 and know you NEVER do that. He said he would put a bigger fastener in and replace the few clips that were also missing. Being a shop teacher I know this is a bandaid fix. When I asked if he would have the car fixed down the road if his "fix" didn't last he said yes but refused to put it in writing even though this was supposed to be fixed before I picked it up.



They put my car on the hoist to put the "bigger" fastener in and replace missing clips. When my keys were given back to me I was told that some of the clips couldn't be replaced because there was no where to fix them to and that the ones that were put on might come loose. Since the only person there I could deal with was the sales manager, I knew they wouldn't do anything else.



I've since called Mazda head office. It's been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything back from them. I love my Mazda but this will be my last as I refuse to give more of my business to a company that condones treating females as second class citizens who can be taken for a ride and who don't follow through with their promises. I suggest you purchase another brand. Rest assured my family, friends, and co-workers have heard my story and they won't be purchasing a Mazda any time soon.

Be careful when buying a Mazda 3. After two years of owning a brand new Mazda 3. I had battery issues that I had to pay for it myself after a year of use and now after two years with 45,000km all 4 tires need to be replaced that should have a 80,000km warranty. Again Kramer are not taking ownership of their vehicles and will not do anything for me. This is on me to contact the tire company and paid for new tires. Been going there for regular maintenance and nothing was ever brought up about it. First time owner and will be the last time. This has been my experience with them. Just what people to be aware on the quality of cars by Mazda. �
