La Beer Stop

The lady that picked up the phone is very disrespectful/rude. She clearly has zero knowledge in customer service & needs to be fired as she is giving a bad name to this place. HORRIBLE experience, I do not recommend.

Horrible don't ever call for delivery unless you want to wait 2 hrs!!!

Best part is that you won't have to risk hurting someone or yourself to drive if your drinking... they deliver !!!

Saw the awful reviews/ratings on google and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because they have delivery, called in and asked the lady how much delivery was, she said delivery is $5, so I (*started to ask) "what do you have for 40 OZ bottles of vodka" and before I even got to "forties of vodka" she said "hunny, if you don't know what you want call back later when you do know what you want because we're really busy right now" and she laughed, then I laughed and hung up.

Horrible I was buying a cooler and a 6 pack and my card wasn't working the woman took my card out and said it's not going to work I don't know why u keep trying so I left and went to the other liqour store across the road my card worked over there and even at other places. The woman who worked that night was rude.

Well ..just have to say that I consider myself to be a good customer ...delivery drivers have all been friendly ...except one who is always overfriendly when he steps in my door...he always feels compelled to pat me on the shoulder or back more than once throughout the short transaction touching a customer in any way is inappropriate ...and everyone on this earth knows that's totally unprofessional and unacceptable...i do nothing to cause this to happen and i even step back and he still tries ..i don't care that he's older but your manager should have a discussion with this guy to make sure he corrects his behaviour ..this complaint is worth more than just a "whatever" ...he makes a big enough bad impression to affect all of your emoloyees and it has happened EVERY time this employee delivers to me ..deal with it please

They are extremely rude in this liquor store. They have this bigger girl with glasses who seems hostile towards customers,with no manners and this short guy with glasses that we actually heard talking about us when we were in the liqour store saying "it must be wellfare day". I guarantee I make more then that idiot who works in a liqour store for a living lol and even if I didn't who is this guy to judge me. You are supposed to make Customers feel welcome.
