**For exceptionally longer nails (any shape, including stiletto) there is an additional $10 on top of the base price due to the requirement of extra time & product**

**If more than 3 nails need to be rebuilt, clients will be charged for a full set with all extras chosen**

**I will work on other technician’s work; however, it will be an additional $5 charge**

**Prices may vary, at my discretion, depending on the amount of time and product needed to complete the design**

POLICIES:
• CANCELLATION POLICY
a 24hr minimum notice is required to cancel any appointments. Failure to do so will result in a fee of half the scheduled appt cost, which I require to be paid before booking your next appointment. I will always use my own discretion for this policy.

• NO-SHOW POLICY
Failing to show up to an appointment without ample notice of cancellation shows a complete lack of respect for me, my time, and my business, and is not taken lightly. No-shows put me out the cost of the entire appointment; therefore, clients who do so will be charged half the price of their scheduled services and this must be paid prior to a new appointment being booked.

• LATE POLICY
Your appointment times are reserved especially for you, in a time-sensitive manner. Therefore, clients who show up late to their appointments may either have to modify their services to allow me to remain on schedule, or reschedule for a later date. Arriving late to your appointment can set me back for the rest of the day and is not fair to me or my clients who are punctual. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will be considered a no-show and will need to rebook, and will be charged a fee of half of the scheduled service.

• CHILDREN POLICY
My nail studio is equipped with chemicals, expensive equipment and small objects that are not appropriate for children to be around. Young minds are easily distracted and neither you nor I can relax if we are accommodating your child. I love kids, but to put it simply, 1. 5 hr-long appointments are boring for them! Also, anything you touch in efforts to tend to your child can result in oils or foreign objects (fuzz, crumbs, etc) becoming embedded and affecting the quality of your nails. So, please make alternate arrangements for your little one(s) and do not bring them to your appointments.

• 3-STRIKE POLICY
I will no longer offer my services to clients who have 3 no shows, cancel 3 times, and /or show up late (15 + mins) 3 times. This rule applies to a combination of 3 of any of these situations, or 3 of the same situation, at my discretion.

**I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including frequent cancellations, no shows, and failure to comply with the policies I have in place. I do not set these rules to be rude or unfair in any way and I do my very best to be understanding of my clients and any situations that may arise. I apologize in advance if this causes problems for anyone; however, this is my JOB, not just my HOBBY! Failure to comply with my policies results in lost time on my part, which in turn results in lost income, and is the reason I have implemented these rules. Please respect my time, my business, and myself by obeying the guidelines I have in place. I appreciate all of my clients and I thoroughly enjoy creating beautiful nails for you!
