Chestnut flour biscotti

Instructions: 5. Preheat oven to 350F. 6. Beat the eggs and sugar in a large bowl. 7. Add the chestnut flour, oat flour and baking powder and stir until combined. Add in milk, almonds, the chocolate drops, dried cranberries and orange rind. Mix until everything is incorporated. The dough will be quite sticky. 8. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and sprinkle with oat flour. Seperate the dough on the two baking sheets to form two flat loaves, about 2 cm thick. If the dough is sticking to your hands, use a little extra oat flour on top to help with spreading them out. 9. Bake them for about 25 minutes, then remove them from the oven, let them cool for 10 minutes. Cut them slantwise into 2 cm thick slices, then arrange them a cut side down on the tray and bake them for 10 more minutes, until slightly golden brown. 10. Let them cool down, then store them in a tin box.

I have never been a huge fan of smoothies but adding texture on top and calling it a smoothie bowl, I think I can get on board with that. Also, I get to be an artist first thing in the morning!

Here you go! First naptime hustle recipe. Olive & jalapeno hummus! 1 can organic chickpeas, well rinsed Juice of 1 or 2 lemons 1/4 cup tahini 1/2 cup black olives (leftover from pizza night)... 1/4 cup marinated artichokes (also leftover from pizza night) 1/4 cup pickled jalapenos 1 tsp salt (or more to taste) 1 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp smoked paprika Add all ingredients into food processor and then slowly stream in approx 1/3 to 1/2 cup of olive oil while it is blending. I like my hummus quite creamy so I let it blend for over a minute until I get to the desired consistency. Store in airtight container in your fridge for up to 1 week. If you have any cilantro at home, it would be a great addition. #naptimehustle #vegan #glutenfree #yyceats #healthysnacks #economical
