Terrible service. Wife asks for a cup of hot water to heat up our baby's bottle and they completely ignore her. She's standing waiting and no other person to be seen. Terrible service. Look at all the reviews no wonder they aren't busy..

Nice and healthy two choice salad - good for the price and big portions!! Good customer service.

Horrendous customer service, not even greeting, you get a "Yeah?" and you proceed to ask a question about the Vegetable Pho soup, the woman turn around mid question, pulls the soup and place it in front of us. We ask if there's fish in the liquid and she says chicken. We say no thank you and the woman disappears in the kitchen before we can ask for the salad. We turn to the other employee and ask if the salad that looks like has no oil or cheese is actually vegan and they can't tell... What's the point of having all this allergy label if you can't tell what's in your plain salad.
Looking at us like we are asking too much or we were picky was too much for me. You want my money or what??? Where do you hire those people? Maybe raise their salary so we can have a decent service with crucial information about potential life threatening allergy risk. I'm sorry but I'm reporting this to Restaurant and Food Service Inspection of Canada.

Sorry to say the staff at the airport were handling / making sandwiches and croissants with no gloves and then serving customers with coffee, taking money and touching the till.
No hand washing ! Not impressed

restaurant doesn't accommodate any food allergies. The woman working the evening of August 25th was brutal to deal with, didn't have a clue about the food they serve. Advised me I could have the quinoa salad after I asked her for a gluten and dairy free meal - the quinoa salad has cheese! Just brutal.

There are too many people out there looking for jobs to have poor employees.
