La Senza

Worst serviceever in a retail store.
A girl with barely any clothes on,just a piece of fabric covering her front and waist answered my question and than showed me to the fitting room.
Almost 10 minutes went by and she is not bother checking on me.
I left the fitting room frustrated and saw her just staring a client having a conversation with the cashier.
I wander,Is there a timeframe that the salesperson needs to check on a client?
Honestly,I would not even give 1 star.

Bought 2 bras for buy one get one half, and split it with my friend. I returned mine and had to pay the difference for what my friends bra wouldve been full price. Things got complicated, so she decided to return hers too. They said if my friend returned her bra she would have to pay the difference of her bra. The girl did not make any sense and obviously was confused. Never shopping at this la senza, or any la senza for that matter.

The ladies at the store were very helpful and friendly. They told me the current promotions and offered to start a fitting room. They helped me with all my needs. Best la senza in Calgary!

Staff is helpful enough, but don't have real sizing knowledge.
