I have started 3 meditation groups.
First one is the Chakra Workshop that might run every month. Depends on # of people interested. It is designed to help answer or educate beginners as to what chakras are. Good for beginners. Cost $25. 00
Second is a maintenance type meditation meeting where we discuss meditation, chakras, other spiritual interest, then do the meditation. Also runs once a month. Good for those that sort of know what meditation is all about. Cost $10. 00
Third is a drop in meditation, grad your pillow, yoga mat, join me 2x a month for some deep meditation. Good for those that enjoy meditation on a regular basis. Cost $5. 00
