Want to test drive a trade?
If you're not yet an apprentice but want to try your hand at a specific trade, Lakeland's pre-employment programs are a great way to go. In just four months, you'll learn new skills, gain hands-on experience, earn safety certifications and make great industy connections. You'll also gain valuable on the job experience during a four-week practicum with a host employer. When you complete your training, you're eligible to challenge the first-year Alberta apprenticeship exam.
