Flooring crew was great but significantly misled with respect to what was included in installation. I initially requested a full quote for product and installation. I was informed on the day of installation that tearing out my carpet was not included and would cost an additional $1/square foot plus dumping fees. I assumed this was included in the installation portion of the quote as lakeland fine flooring knew I had carpet. After the flooring was complete, I was informed that putting my baseboards back was not included. Some of which were damaged upon being removed and some of which no longer fit due to the higher flooring level with laminate.

Just be aware and ensure that you have an actual full quote for everything that you need. Other companies gave me a higher quote at first but all of this would have been included so I think it would have been worth going with one of those other companies.

I had an insurance claim covering my work so she ensured that I wouldn't be going over budget and paying out of pocket. She even allowed me to take my puppy in with me. I would recommend anybody looking to replace flooring to go check them out.
