Lakeside Spa

Front desk lady is extremely rude with no manners. She talks to customers with zero respect. Don’t waste your hard earned money here. They are losing customers because of front desk staff.

Just had an amazing experience when my fiance and I went there for a hot stone couples massage. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly from the check in staff to the ladies doing our massages. I never felt rushed and the room for the couple's massage was roomy and ambient.

I enjoyed Lakeside Spa, for the most part. I thought the couples massage was decent; our massage therapists were pretty good. The room itself was very classy, with a fireplace and ample room between the tables. Unfortunately, the resting headpiece (laying face down) was a bit uncomfortable due to how small the opening was for your mouth.

I was a bit miffed that there was literally nowhere to place or hang your things in the room. Also, there is no locker room, just two single person change rooms for dressing/undressing. There is no shower or sauna. I did not appreciate having to go home with oil on my body and clothes.

The lobby was okay...there was "reading" material and cucumber/lemon water. It wasn't very relaxing though because of the bright light and visibility coming from the mall through the glass walls. Just a minor nitpick, though. The receptionist was nice; benefits went through okay.

For the price, it's pretty good. I just wish their facilities were a bit more inviting.

This spa was not what I had hoped in the least. We spent over $600 (plus tip) for a couples spa package.
We were greeted by a girl that was wearing a ratty knotted touque with her headphones in on her phones that wouldn't move from her chair. She seemed annoyed when we came in and was not warm, welcoming or anything at all.
The massage was marginal. The "wrap" was literally just being wrapped in the blanket I was already in. The table was so hard I was uncomfortable and in pain most of my treatment . The facial was really nice until she tried to massage me. Her massage during the facial was so bad I literally jumped on the table because it hurt and was so uncomfortable.
There was no place to put our things and there was no place to wash the oil off or even fix our hair (being that we came in from out of town and we're going to dinner next).
I will not be back and would not recommend this place to any one.

I have been in this place twice, the RMT was great. I even recommended this place to some of my friends. We have been released from the stress. We have a common denominator why we won't come back here, the girls who are working in front were lack of customer service skills. They are not friendly and approachable as it supposed to be.
