Vince is an amazing sales man! We were on the lot for a good portion of the day! He came out to welcome us and gave us time to look around. He came back out to answer questions and then introduced us to something that we never would have even dreamed we could have afforded. Being part of the younger generation people tend to not even pay attention to us but we never had that issue here. We felt very valued and respected the entire time! He stayed available to us the entire day even though he could have grabbed on to many other clients that day! Thank you for all you did for us! You are so wonderful!

Rob from the body shop, Erica from the service department were excellent to work with when I had my vehicle brought in after I was rear ended. They were great at keeping me in the loop while they dealt with the insurance company and kept me informed as to when my parts came in, how long it would take to repair, etc. They took great care of me and I will definitely be back in the future.

I bought my car here two years ago, they still treat me like I'm there to buy a car. I always get top notch service on my car at a very reasonable speed. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I don't like driving and these guys take care of things so I don't have to worry about it.

Manager went to bat for us on our trade. I did a ton of looking to see what our trade was valued at via dealership and selling privately and while looking to see what the trade was worth I got a call and was given a quote for the trade sight unseen as long as it had mileage I said and as long as it was as clean.
When making our deal we were given a trade value extremely below of what we were already guaranteed, I told Dan & Josh and Dan went and got the $ that we were already guaranteed, and due to that we got our deal done All involved were great, from salesman, manager, finance manager to salesperson who handed vehicle over.
Great staff all around. Everyone was friendly and great.
I'd have recommended this dealership before due to our previous dealings but because of this new experience I'd recommend even more.

My equinox had engine error with code P0171, i did mention them specific error. They called back later saying that i needed to replace EVG value and i paid over $500 for that. Unfortunately while picking vehicle within two minute the same engine error code appear again.
It was completely frustrating, i did search online and found that error code P0171 had nothing to do with EVG valve replacement. It sounds like i got cheated.
I called their service desk and Dwayn understood the situation and i gave them my vehicle back. All they needed to do was to clean up all valves and plugs which cost me $100, with curtesy od Dwayn they waive that charge but i wont be trusting their servicing team again.

Had a horrible experience at a west side dealership and found Lakewood Chevrolet to be the top rated dealer in Edmonton on Google. Visited Sean after receiving a great vehicle quote, which beat out the "offer" I received from the other. The staff at Lakewood were very hospitable; as soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted with smiles and offered coffee and were just made to feel welcome. You can tell everyone is happy to be there and to assist you.

There were no problems at all with the sale process and the staff were informative and accommodating. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and they made it stress free.

I recommend Lakewood for anyone looking to get a new vehicle.

Worst experience from Lakewood Chevy. I was interested in purchasing a used vehicle from them. I am from Calgary that I had the conversation through e-mail and phone. I was approved for the loan and we made a deal. I have all the records from our conversation through the email. When I get there and I drove 3 hours from Calgary that now they said they cannot offer the deal I made before. Used car manager said it was a mistake. I thought they are professional and who makes a mistake when you are talking about the car price from the dealership. I decided to leave because they are not offering the right deal. After that, I got a call from sales that they can offer better pricing but still, it was a higher price. I definitely would not recommend this dealership for purchasing the vehicle.
