Only went there for a hat and went in just before stampede. The employees there could not handle a simple line up while the store was fairly busy. There were quite a few people that were getting frustrated that there was no enforcement of any sort of line. I asked one if the girls there and she said that they had a line at some point but now they don't. She proceeded to use the excuse that lineups at the stampede are even worse. I told her I just wanted to bring it to their attention that there were some people that were upset that they were helping whoever was fastest to get up to one of them.

The focus only seemed for them to inform people that hats were final sale and that they are taking the tags off... Definitely did not give me a good impression at all of this store. Also it does not reflect well on the Calgary Stampede for which they are a sponsor.

Best customer service I have in a clothing store for sometime. I had the spent the evening looking for jeans that would fit and were actual denim not stretchy leggings styled like jeans. Tracy directed me to the styled that may work the best for my body type and help me find my new favorite jeans. She knew the products and understood how garment and sizing works!
