Just left this store and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. Had plenty of stock even though it's stampede. And I got everything I needed in 1 visit. Will use this store again for sure! Thank you

My wife and my 6 year old daughter went to buy boots with her Birthday money at the Shawnessy location and got the wrong size of boots sold after measuring !!!. What happened was they measured a size 2 which was to big and size one was sold (or so they thought) Katelynn said she will put them on the counter while they looked at other shoes and helmets. At the counter my daughter was asked if she wants to wear them out by the counter staff. Without my wife touching the shoes the tags were cut and she walked out wearing them! Later she said they are good but tight and we found the tags in the bag which they threw in so size 13 NOT size 1 as they thought is what was sold. Went back to the store today and manager refused to do anything because she wore them. Absolutely disappointed and could not believe that this is how this business operates. It was a employee error as wrong size of boots ended up on counter and we are stuck with them now.
