Landmark Cinemas 10 Shawnessy Calgary

My spouse and I are regulars at this theater (roughly 3 a month) and have never had an issue. The theaters are always clean, staff is always friendly, popcorn is always fresh, and the wait times are tolerable. If you are going on a busy weekend night, expect a lineup like any other theater. Assigned seating is great. I prefer the Extra theater but I've seen shows in their regular theaters and they are great as well.

Worst organized theatre in modern times. So, you think you are smart and pickup your tickets at the kiosk OR scan in with your mobile. Why show up early then if you have assigned seats, well....They have mixed concessions with tickets so you get the pleasure of waiting 30 minutes for popcorn while your movie goes on so that people can wait to buy their tickets from the people getting popcorn and drinks. What makes it insulting is that there is another concession that they don’t even open. Can’t wait for AMC to open nearby so that I️ can enjoy a movie in a place that understands people flow and planning. It’s Friday night, this place is packed and clearly they don’t have the right number of staff.

I met my wife in the bathroom here ten years ago! We later married in that same bathroom surrounded by cheering staff members. I will always have a spot in my heart for Landmark Cinemas 10 Shawnessy

Great theater! Comfy seats and the popcorn is so much better these days

This movie theater is clean and modern. I really like the reserved seating, it helps you to get your favourite seats, as they always advertise. The food is decent, and the staff are pretty nice. The main problem for me is definitely the price -- I understand that movie theaters don't make a lot of money without it, but it becomes a really pricey night out.

Love to watch movies here with friends. Great staff. Great movies.

Landmark Cinemas' implementation of Atom for tickets and consession sales is fantastic. You walk in, avoid the lines to get your popcorn and drinks, then go into the theater knowing you will be sitting right where you want to because seats are numbered.

Good place. Love the renovations. Staff is great. I like that they have reserve seating on all their theatres now. Definitely prevents people from jumping from one movie to another without paying, and we are all guaranteed seats! I just wish they'd give all their theatres leather seats as sometimes hair and food stick to the seats and it's hard to wipe it down. Looks really gross and dirty especially at the end of the day. The bathroom stall doors also don't lock very well. I cannot tell you how many times someone has walked in on me. Very embarrassing for both parties.

Great theater. Cheeper, cleaner, and less crowded than Chinook. Carries a pretty good selection of the latest movies. They also offer a dinner and a movie deal which is nice. It includes dinner at a local restaurant followed by a movie.
