What a great experience. Although the theatre can't take credit for the wonderful Paddington 2, they can for their friendly staff, clean facility, super comfy chairs and very good sound inside the theatre. Thank you!!

We live 5 minutes away from Scotiabank Theatre Chinook, yet we will drive the extra 20 minutes to come here specifically. The recliner seats are amazing, the price is right and I love being able to reserve seats. Definitely my home away from home

Myself my wife and kids love going to this theatre we love the reclining seats and the pop machine and how fast the line goes in the concession. My only complaint is the hallway walking into our theatre was very messy with popcorn and candy all over the place and the locks on the bathroom stalls did not work that well. But will always come back to watch movies!!

Landmark Cinemas is so far above the other theatres in so many ways. Atom for one, the power reclining leather love seats (that I don't accidentally hit the power button like the other theatres).

I always pre-book the tickets (well, actually my wife does), and the food, and it's nice that when we arrive, the line-ups are practically nil!

I love the changes to these theatres - the recliners have spoiled me for all other theatres, the free style drinks have great choices and you get through concessions really fast. All the staff I’ve dealt with have been great and it’s great to see the theatre so busy again!

I love going here. I love the seats. Recliners are the way to go for your movie experience. I love the concession here. Food. Popcorn. Drinks are free refills and the cool new pop machines with flavours. I'm a movie freak and live in Airdrie so we make the drive here each time. Staff is friendly and I've never had any issues with the cleaning. Highly recommended.

Guest services staff get a Kudos from my side. Mistakenly purchased a wrong movie at a different time instead of Jumanji which i wanted to watch and was sold out. They had 1 last seat available and they exchanged my ticket in 1 min. Thanks for a really nice experience ... Loved the recliners ... ;) Will come again when in Calgary!!

Been here quite a few times with the kids because of the comfy chairs. Just went to The Last Jedi and the sound was a little off. At the end the staff gave everyone in the theatre free movie passes. That’s class all the way!!!

Always love our movie nights at this theatre but tonight was particularly good! After purchasing tickets to a movie that ended up being cancelled (due to us being the only two to buy tickets) we were promptly refunded, give free tickets and offered to see another movie of our choice at no charge. Thanks for a seamless experience, Landmark Cinemas 16 team!

Love love love the reserved seating, fast canteen service, and of course the fountain machines & recliners! The only complaint I have is that they do not put big enough garbage cans by the door after the shows and so for awhile they are over flowing with bags and cups, looks terrible, and if you recline the seat and look down inside they can't ever be cleaned there is popcorn and used napkins � just a little more attention to these details and I would give it a full 5 stars for sure !

I experienced the recliners last night for the first time while watching Avengers. I can not go back to regular seats now. Those things are really comfortable and that's the new standard for watching movies for me. My only criticism was the lack of food options. The Landmark cinema on south Macleod has more options and even pizza pizza. The pizza I had at the country hills Landmark cinema was a 3 out of 10 at best. Overall, the movie watching experience(the real reason we go to the movies) was great, but the food options were not even close to at par with the movie watching experience. I will not be ordering food next time.(The TCBY was good, but they were out of Vanilla and kindly upgraded me to the next size)

Great set up. Lovely recliners and I love the pre-booked seats. Will say the cleanliness was lacking yesterday though with every garbage can in the place over flowing onto the floor! Hoping that was just an off day and not a regular thing.

The recliners make it worth seeing a movie here however this theatre is filthy! Popcorn and debris littered the floor and carpet areas. Bathrooms are just gross! Better management required to bring this place up to par.

Love the recliners, love the service. You know what I don’t love? The fact that I can’t ever go to an impromptu movie because it’s so stinking busy now. I literally live 2 minutes away from this theatre but might have to start going somewhere else which sucks. If I feel like going to a movie today thats a big hell no and I’ll have to book that movie a friggin week from now or sit in the very, very front. Extremely annoying. Tonight I tried getting seats 3 hours before my movie and I still got crappy seats. Since the recliners have gone in I haven’t been able to get decent seats.

Although this theater is the closest to my house and the recliner seats are wonderful, sometimes the movie I'm seeing is far from the front and because of how close the wheelchair seating is to the screen I can't bring my wheelchair. It would be great for your clientele that use wheelchairs if you had higher up wheelchair seating or if it was free for the wheelchair client to transfer to the recliner seat beside their wheelchair while still being able to sit beside their attendant.

Recliners are not worth the wait time for slow staff who do nothing but scoop popcorn and send you to another line to fill your drink.

The management at Landmark needs to ensure that their projector lamps (in particular, IMAX) be monitored for shelf life/expiration regularly. Tonight in my second viewing of Star Wars (first saw it at cineplex opening night) the screen went black and the audio continued to play for 10 minutes before someone stopped it. Problem was fixed, then 10 mins later the screen went blank again with audio still playing. The manager then states that it cannot be played due to lamp burning out and attempts to make it better with 2 admission tickets only honoured for PIXAR, Disney and Lucas films and cannot be used for online purchases of tickets, and then says that people can't have refunds. How about you ensure that these issues don't occur by checking your lamps regularly and having someone there to stop the audio? I feel so poorly for those who were seeing this fantastic movie for the first time to have what should be an amazing experience ruined. This location needs to figure their shit out. Will go to Cineplex and encourage others to for viewing all movies/IMAX. Pathetic.
