LOVE landmark when we were living in Kingston... Now we are in Petawawa... Have you ever considered putting a theatre in Pembroke?? I think it would do really well here!!

I would like to thank Landmark Cinemas Management for a nice phone call I got this morning to fix the issue with tickets I had few days ago. This quick feed back from management clearly indicated that they care about customer opinion.

I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Landmark Cinemas management followed up my complained. You have definitely gained a new customer who will refer all of his friends to you Cinemas.

At Grant Park Winnipeg, assigned seating is relatively new, it is our favourite theatre, and love booking online and getting our favourite seats in advance, go to dinner and walk in at show time and avoid lineups. A couple of mixups in the beginning with people sitting our seat, but just had the help of staff and problem was sorted out quickly before the feature started. The theatres are smaller, so if the movie is new you have to plan earlier, or wait a week til the rush dies down, but the seats are comfortable and roomy, and no more toes crushed in tight aisles!! Love it

My family and I absolutely LOVE being able to select our seats ahead of time. We use the Atom app, pay and select our seats from home, skip the lines, arrive just a few minutes before the movie starts and breeze straight to our seats. What's not to love? Keep up the great work, Landmark!

At the Guildford locations I saw a mouse run by halfway through the movie, up and back down the stairs. Pretty much distracted me for the rest of movie wondering if it would be back. Bathrooms were pretty dirty. Won't return to this location. New West location was better, price is good compared to Cineplex.

We will not be returning to your theatre until such time as you realize that you are putting many lives at risk. This completely discriminates against all people with peanut allergies. People with anaphylactic peanut allergies can NOT touch or be touched with peanut oil, lots of people can NOT even SMELL peanuts without fearing for their lives!!!!! Personally I have Celiac, however I can be around wheat without issues, but my son who has a peanut allergy, well that is a whole new level of scary! He sat in your theatre afraid to take off his jacket, afraid to touch the arm rests, afraid to breath!!!!!!! Every single thing you offer to eat has peanuts or is cross contaminated with peanuts!!! Why don’t you just throw anthrax around so EVERYONE’s lives can be at risk. It discriminatory to only put people with peanut allergies at risk. If you are going to kill people, offer the same risks to all people!!!!

Solution: take the peanuts out of the building so EVERYONE can be SAFE

Manditory assigned/ reserved seating now in Edmonoton, Alberta. I echo Sanda's earlier comment about this.

Landmark has successfully killed the last bit of joy and spontaneity of going out to the movies. The screens at the ticket kiosks are too small to choose a seat, the system assigns a seat which most people ignore because the whole concept of mandatory assigned seating has never been part of movie theatre culture. Then, just as the movie is about to begin, some character shows up demanding that the patrons who have been sitting there for the past 1/2 hour (enduring all the commercials) move out of their assigned seat. So all the patrons are then disturbed as the seating dance begins at the very beginning of the movie.

If Landmark thinks that the imposition of mandatory assigned seating improves your product, you are wrong. If you intend to change movie theatre culture to mandatory assigned seating, install proper seat signage, hire sufficient staff to escort us to our assigned seats, and exclude late comers from the movie theatre just like live theatre.

I am a movie-goer, and pledge to avoid spending my money at Landmark.

Closed our only one theatre here in Weyburn. Now we have to drive an hour to go to a different theatre chain. :(
