Lane's Insurance came through for us in a big way when we bought our new house. We were having difficulty getting insurance to take possesion of our house due to minor issues with the roof. Our previous company refused to insure it at the last minute. Lane's worked hard to find an insurace policy that would suit our needs. We almost lost the house over not getting insurance from our old provider, we called Lane's at the eleventh hour and they made everything happen quickly. Can't say enough good things about the customer service. Kym is our agent and she's great.

I have been with Lanes Insurance for nearly 2 years now. My Rep Ashley Schmaltz has been nothing short of amazing. Even when i was looking for last minute coverage on my ATV on a Saturday morning as i was running out the door for a weekend of fun she was there. Answering my email within minutes and getting me covered without missing a beat.
I also have had a run of bad luck with vehicles meaning i bought a new vehicle almost every month for the last 6 months. Insurance transfers again were totally painless and done promptly meaning no down time at all for me. If only my vehicles were as reliable as Ashley!! I would highly recommend Ashley and her team for any of your insurance needs. They certainly have met and exceeded my expectations and offer great value for money.
