Absolutely terrible service. You book an appointment and they don't get you in on time and do not apologize or offer an explanation as to why. When told you are out of your prescription and it is a medication that is not safe to just stop they still offer no solution. I will NEVER go back.

I was so impressed by DrLukubisa, and the online booking that I left my Family Dr of 35 years.

Dr.Lukubisa is a fantastic doctor who is very intelligent and understanding. I highly recommend this clinic!

I can't say this enough.

I was just diagnosed with either having epilepsy or a potential lesion/tumor in my brain.

I presented to Dr. Lukubisa frequently with Chronic Pain issues as well as severe uncontrollable migraines which it now appears are actually the onset start of the epileptic condition that I have.

Again, Dr. Lukubisa did NOTHING when presented with these concerns. He didn't even offer me anything for medication to help treat the migraines to limit the problems. I had to demand Toradol Intramuscular injections from him as they had been successful at the hospital.

I am grateful for each and every day that I have not had to revisit this clinic.

New Flash Dr. Lukubisa. People may present with generally mild symptoms for incredibly serious illnesses. The fact my migraines were ignored until a Neurologist ran an EEG followed with a PET scan shows how poorly our health care system is.

Most family doctors just don't care.

My drivers license was seized as a result of all this. I can't work anymore as I am suffering 1-2 uncontrollable seizures a week. I am having to beg, plead and fight to get any disability benefits just to avoid losing our home.

Alex, when a person comes to you they are trusting you with their life. You do not seem to treat patients with the respect that responsibility deserves.

Instead you'd rather make jokes that Canadians are nothing but whiners that come running to you whenever we have a bump or a bruise demanding any kind of pain medication.

If Canada is so bad and our people so intolerable then you can always make your way back from the country which you came from.

Fantastic Dr's and staff. We have stuck with Dr. Gooden through several moves and will not give her up ever. Have seen other Dr's there and they all treat you honestly and openly. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Have and will continue to recommend the clinic to anyone.
