Absolutely without a doubt thee worst customer service in Calgary. Had a laptop ordered, had to go back twice to see if it was ready. They say they'll call you back. They do not. Had to have it picked up from my place of work when I finally got it because it kept restarting. Waited and waited for call backs about repairs. Promises and more promises for completion. Went to pick it up when they said it would be ready. STILL NOT READY. I just can't believe they feel this is acceptable customer service. CLOSE YOUR DOORS. You are horrible business owners.

Never had an issue with Adel and the other employees. Always willing to help. Service is great too. Not sure about other peoples experiences but I liked mine and I love my Mac.

I was waiting for my husband to get off work, and saw this place. We needed a new cell phone; there was a sign outside stating that they had unlocked phones starting at $79.00. So I went in and looked around. One of the employees came over to assist me, asked me what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. I said I don't need anything fancy, just a simple unlocked phone, I said I was willing to spend $100 tops. So he goes in the back brings out a phone, shows it to me (turned off - wasn't charged). Anyway, long story short, charges me $125 for a $30 phone (found out later; thank you Ebay). VERY ANGRY!

Return policy is EXCHANGE ONLY within 7 days! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!

BTW I think they changed the name of their business to.... something Mobility...gees I wonder why?

I bought a desk top from them nothing fancy I just needed it to surf the web.
It broke down after a year a total hardware problem conveniently it broke down a few months after the warranty ran out. They offered me the same kind of computer for the same price I declined and went else where I do not regret that decision one bit.
I do not recommend shopping here.
