I've had 3 services done by the new owners already: gel and pedi. I am very picky and particular client. But all technicians ( I prefer to see one tech all the time), but it happened I've had 3 different tech) were good, professional, taking pride the work they do.
Salon is very clean compare to some other places, you don't see nail dust all over, even it's very hard to avoid it when you are dealing with nails. I hope they will keep it like that.
The only downside - it taking a bit longer, than what I used to: not 45-50 min, about 70min.
But I think it is no big deal. Great job, and very pleasant people.
I became a regular customer, and if you are looking for nail tech, give them a try, you won't regret.

I tried the new owner today and they are much nicer and the place is definitely more presentable and beautiful. This shows they respect their customers which is really important for me.

Unfortunately I needed to wait for 20 minutes past my appointment time with Michelle for a full set of bio gel nails which Michelle apologized for. Understandably this sometimes happens, but b/c the procedure took longer than I'd expected with my still needing a topcoat after an hour and 10 minutes I needed to leave b/c I had another appointment I was already late for, but to avoid the nails peeling it was necessary I stay for the topcoat. A big warning to those getting a new set of bio gel nails which I wish I'd have known so I could have braced myself is it really hurts putting your finger under the light, the burning felt equivalent to a flame, and to go through that 10 times was awful! I've never had that experience before. I also thought Michelle seemed on edge so I felt somewhat uncomfortable with her, but perhaps that was just my reading her incorrectly. She did do an okay job on my nails, but the woman who I normally go to is excellent so I will be continuing with her, but for the 50% discount being offered it was worth checking out.

I used to go to this salon before the new owners bought and renovated it and it was not good. I went there yesterday to have my nails done for their grand opening and it was hands down, one of the best experiences I've ever had getting my nails done. Michelle was AMAZING, efficient and so friendly. I had such a great time and she did an amazing job on my nails. I would HIGHLY recommend this new salon to anyone and everyone. Not to mention they are promoting 50% their services for the next two weeks. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Since new owners took over this place I 've tried them one more time and I am really happy with their services. I had my nails done with powder dip and prices so reasonable. I will come back definitely. Highly recommended this place for nails in SW Calgary.

Very friendly but seemed to rush us to leave although there was no one else there... Did a great job on my manicure but did leave my nails feeling dry.

never go there again ! my nails chipped after 4 days and pedicure was crazy , DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL
