I really appreciate when a health care provider is highly skilled and has excellent bedside manner. Dr. Kaziel is very kind and takes the time to listen. The team are very excited to move to their new location and to offer the latest in technology to their clients, so I am looking forward to my follow up.

They were able to catch something on my nose that could have turned bad.
The staff is amazing so friendly, the Dr.'s take their time and explain everything to you so you know what is going to be happening.

Have been coming to this clinic for years for my aesthetic treatments, and would never consider going anywhere else! The staff are fantastic, the nurses are extremely professional, and both Dr. Campbell and Dr. Kuzel are extremely talented cosmetic dermatologists. If you are looking for high-end cosmetic dermatology treatments, I HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came in for a very simple procedure & walked out with a staph infection in my heart!! The infection destroyed 1/3 of my heart & I had to get TWO open heart surgeries. I also now have a pacemaker. I was only 33 years old. I’ll be lucky if I live a full life. These people almost KILLED ME & I pray they won’t do this to someone else. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!

Appointment was for 7:55am, but didn't actually get to see the doctor until 8:30am. While waiting in the tiny room, they blasted awful country music so loud, and I had to ask them to turn it down. When I did ask, they were very offended. I could also hear all the staff whispering outside, like, CAN YOU WHISPER ANY LOUDER? I CAN HEAR YOU TALKING ABOUT MY REQUEST TO TURN DOWN THE DAMN AWFUL REDNECK MUSIC. Finally saw the doctor, and he wasn't even there for 3 mins. Was referred to by family doctor, do not recommend.

I've been to many clinics/spas and since I found them I would never go anywhere else. The staff is amazing and the services are even better. I live outside of Calgary so it is a bit of a drive but it's definitely worth the drive. Trust me, their the best!!!

I have been going to the Laser Rejuvenation Clinic for a few years now after my family doctor recommended it to me. I see the doctor for Botox (for headaches) and I see one of the aestheticians for glycolic peels. I receive nothing but excellent service every time I go. I would highly recommend this clinic for any dermatology need.

Awful experience from the second I walked in to the time I walked out. The receptionist and other staff were gossiping about other clients right in front of the waiting area. Staff were on their cellphones and loudly discussing non-work matters in front of clients. I didn't see the doctor until 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment (they asked me to come in earlier than my original appointment so I figured they were not that far behind schedule) and nobody bothered to explain why they were so far behind nor did anyone apologize for taking up so much of my time. Once I saw the doctor he was very vague about the procedures I was wanting done and then left the room leaving everything else up to the assistant to explain. Highly overpriced compared to other dermatologists. They do not value your business and they make that very clear. This "clinic" is an absolute joke.

Always feels like a mill and a money grab . It was refreshing to see that a new doctor and new nurse are on board. For once my experience was greeted with a smile and some laughter- refreshing. I hope they stay this way.

Dr Janis Campbell is top notch in her approach and her knowledge is incredible. She is my goto person for all my skin related needs, the clinic had always handled my symptoms with professionalism. I always refer this clinic to my friends, family & clients.

I am very satisfied with Dr. WOO and his staff. All were very helpful and advisable, I'd recommend this clinic to all family and friends! Especially if you have unanswered questions, This clinic is willing to help you. I am very pleased with my visits and I'm sure him and his staff would do the same for everyone. I am taking my 3 year old daughter here every 2 weeks to have her regrettable Paw Patrol tattoo removed. She promised me she would love Chase forever but she is sooo over him now. Seriously though, I really dread going. I have to drag her older brother along as well and we generally have to wait over an hour with no acknowledgment or apologies from them. I inquired as to when would be a less busy time to book and they told me that unless you have a 7:00 am appointment they can't guarantee the Dr will be on time. Ok fine but surely certain days and times are better than others! Not helpful. The Dr and treatment is pretty good if you can make it past the waiting room.

We are very happy by the services provided in here. The receptionist was really friendly and polite. Dr. Woo is a very knowledgeable person and the way he works is very professional. We went there because of my mom's ringworm which she got since August,but after we went there, it got cured within two weeks and Dr. Woo was also very happy. This is one of the best clinic and I recommend everyone to go here.
