LAV Developments specializes in concrete overlays and industrial coatings containing SBR (styrene-butylene-rubber) that is highly durable and compatible with Southern Alberta's extreme freeze-thaw conditions. Original artwork and designs are also available to beautify existing concrete. Architectural features have been constructed. Additionally, epoxy overlays have been added to the services offered and are viable options for seamless flooring, countertops, etc. Concrete repair and restoration is a regular service as well. Both SBR and epoxy overlays are perfect for commercial, industrial and residential applications.
