Kelvin did a fantastic job on my nails! They were able to fit me in without an appointment on a weekday morning for both a gel mani+pedi and Kelvin was very patient with my requests and did an amazing job replicating a picture I showed him. The facility is very clean and modern and I will definitely be back soon!

It was a great experience with very friendly staff and extremely clean environment. You get your own kit of tools too! They have lots of different colours for regular and gel, super excited to try all of them! Will definitely be back again.

I really enjoyed the servics at Lavish. After having a negative pedicure experience last June (lost two toe nails due to damage in the days following) I was scared off from showing my nails, let alone getting another pedicure. The girls at Lavish were really nice, didn't say anything about the condition of my toes, nor the eczema and made me feel like my feet can be shown off again. I won't hesitate to go back in the future.

I have come to this nail salon twice now. The first time was for a new set, eyebrow wax and a signature pedicure and the other time was for a fill. Loved my experience both times. The staff is really friendly and the place is very stylish and clean. I had the same woman (I forgot her name) do my nails both times and she did an AMAZING job. I’ve made this place my go to nail salon!

I don’t normally get my nails done but this place has got me wanting to comeback ! They did exactly what I wanted and The interior is beautiful and the workers or professional! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone !

I’ve gone to a number of salons! Mint lounge, exquisite nails, all seasons, every place out there! But this salon is by far my favourite. I will be a regular here without a doubt.

A hidden gem in the Beacon Hill area, friendly staff and very clean place. They had lots of bench seating in the pedicure area, and lots of colours to choose from. Looking forward to my next appointment to try them out for my nail fill!

The atmosphere was very relaxing, soothing music, fresh white interior , very clean. The lady that did my pedicure was very thorough and kept asking me to check her work and if I was pleased. Overall, very Happy and will definitely come back.

Loved the color selection and the amazing massage.

I didn’t give a 5 Star as I always look forward for the chair massage and the chairs are not as comfortable as the chair massage.

I booked a 5 star pedicure for my friend and myself. It was a birthday treat for her. Service over all was fantastic and the pedicure worth every $. The only thing not having me give you 5 stars are the confusion when we arrived. Although I booked the appointment way in advance almost 2/3 weeks somehow you weren't sure about it and kept asking what service we required or booked. It took away from the experience. I was kind of hoping to have made my friend feel special but alas. I wasn't aware that you offered other beverages other than coffee, tea and water. A glass of wine or bubly would have been fantastic especially as I mentioned it was my friends birthday treat. I must add, Her technician took the time at least to have a conversation with us as for mine...not much. As for the facility it is clean and i love the modern concept. I hope to be back soon.

But the last two times I've had the same tech, and I didn't feel like the same care was given to my nails as I am used to, the shapes weren't consistent, the polish is uneven and the filing was rough. This most recent time, my nails were filed so roughly that I started to bleed, and then after that, I still had to pay full price. I will still continue to come here, as i am hoping these two subpar experiences will not reflect how it will be from now on, but I felt I needed to say something after two not so great experiences.
