Tardiness
Scheduled appointments have a 10 minute grace period. If you anticipate that you will be later than 10 minutes, please let me know so we can reschedule you. One late client can throw off my entire schedule and cause our other clients to be late for their commitments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I reserve the right to refuse service.

Cancellations /No Shows
If possible, please give at least 24 hours notice so that I have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client. I understand that it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment. However, be aware that if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice, or fail to show up, I reserve the right to add a $10 rebooking fee. If you don't show up to 2 appointments, I reserve the right to refuse service all together.

Fills
Fills should be scheduled every 3 weeks. If you choose to go over, a $10 fee will be added to your service for the extra work involved.

Repairs
If you lose an enhancement or notice lifting in the first five days, please contact me to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for lifting, loss of nail, and corner breaks are $3 each. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service.

Health
If you are sick, please call to reschedule your appointment. If you get me sick then I cannot work till I am better and this is my income.

Children
I ask that you don't bring your children to your appointment. Unattended children in the salon are disruptive and dangerous and I cannot risk them breaking something in the salon or disrupting other workers and their clients.
