Lazy Loaf & Kettle

Went here for the first time today (Halloween) and just got a hot chocolate, but it was seriously delicious! The service took a while but the skull and crossbones sprinkles made up for the wait. Definitely coming back!

Very nice place!! Have gone there for many years -- remember taking grandchildren there -- and they are now 18 and 21 years old!

The cinnamon buns and ginger dreams rule!

Love the sandwiches the bread is nice soft and fluffy and so tasty! They are always huge! The staff is always friendly and kind to us also those cookies are HUGE like wowee! Will always enjoy coming here :)

Love everything about this place. A neighbourhood gem and one of the best breafasts in the city - if not the best. Also the happiest people I've experienced in a restaurant setting so clearly they're doing a lot of things right.

I love this lunch restaurant more than any other soup and sandwich place in The world.

I love their unique daily soup menu and their sandwiches you can make however you want. The food there is fresh, and only takes a few minutes to make by hand from one of their friendly employees. Lazy loaf brings a smile to my face every time I eat there, I hope it brings a smile to yours. See you there.

Best staff, cheap kids menu, addictive cinnamon rolls, fresh everything, and 99 cent filter refills! Everything I want in a bakery so good.

A warm & welcoming breakfast spot with everything you need. Eggs, toast, hash, and the bread is beyond yummy here. Unlike your regular joe, that's for sure.

It's peaceful and a great place to catch up on work, read a book or connect with friends.

Also can take home fresh baked goods if your on the go!

My go to for morning coffee, quick brekkie and lunch....love the staff, they are amazing!

The breakfast was ok. However, was very disgusted by the fact that you have to pay for coffee refills. I already paid $50 for a good not fantastic breakfast, coffee should be free refills. Overpriced for minimal service.

We had to get a refund and left without eating. It took an hour of waiting on 3 orders of Mac and cheese and 1 of lasagne that should have taken 15-20 min. When we asked where our food was, they said it was cold and did we want lasagne instead. I don’t know where their problem was, but I was really not impressed with the service and the cost.

Thought I would treat my husband to a lovely breakfast yesterday as he had knee surgery and got the staples removed. He had never been to your restaurant (I had previously raved about it) and sad to say, I don't think we will return. After being charged $33 for two breakfasts, his bacon was so undercooked it was almost raw. When returned to kitchen, he had almost finished his meal before it was returned to us, still not crisp as requested, in a dish that was dripping with grease. My "ham" looked like two slabs of bologna and was super salty so I couild not finish. After all was said and done, we wanted another cup of coffee and were informed it would be another dollar each for a refill. Unfortunately at that point, we had to walk. Very disappointed in what I thought would be a nice treat.
