I used LeChateau menswear for a fashion show I was hired to produce. Mike and Charles are fantastic and know their stuff. While I was in the store with our models, it got really busy with customers. Mike & Charles did a great job of giving great service to the customers and to us. I was really pleased and so were the paying customers in the store.

I'd give this place a zero star if I could! Don't buy anything here unless you know you like it or want to exchange for something else....Purchased an item there for about $100 and has no idea they DO NOT give you back a refund on a purchase. Then I was given a crappy paper, not even a gift card, saying I have 6mths to use the credit. Wow what stores does this now a days??! It's my money. After this credit is used I'll never be shopping there again!!

Worst customer service. Manager was so rude with me. Will never shop at this store. Do hire some good sales person .. will never recommend to anyone

Worst in customer service. Note to the owners, if want to see store performing well. Please change the attitude of your employees towards customers.
So far me, my family and friends invested more than 7 grand at your store this year. What i experience last night was horrible. You definitely lost our business.

Good selection but service can be poor at times. Make sure to check out the outlet on the other side of Macleod Trail.
