I bought my first motorcycle through Leduc Motors. The financing process was easy and stress free. I have had parts put on and my motorcycle serviced through the store, can you believe I only paid $250 for my first service!!
Friendly staff and great shop rates

Went here after I got hit in my first accident on my motorcycle as it was close to work and convenient. Went in to get an estimate and was charged $50 + G.S.T. I paid, unaware that this wasn't commonplace. Upon talking to a few friends who told me estimates never cost, I reached out to other local shops to see if they charge and they said no.

To add to this, I brought my bike in and paid Friday afternoon over my lunch break, and never received my quote until Monday evening.

I called Friday evening and said I would receive a call back and never did. I called again Saturday, and after waiting on hold for 5 minutes was told it is in the process of being completed and I would be contacted Monday at noon with a completed estimate. I call them Monday at 13:43, still without an estimate. So I was charged in advance for a service that is generally free, and that I didn't receive until 3 working days later and numerous phone calls/reminders.

Upset that I had been taken advantage of, I called back to get my $50 + G.S.T refunded, and was then told that they charge for all their vehicle estimates and it is customary there.

Only upon telling them I would no longer be ordering my $1800 worth of parts through them anymore did I get told the estimate could get refunded once I ordered through them.

I hope this reaches other people who have just had their first accident before they bring their vehicle here. This business is very unorganized and I would highly recommend making the trip to Edmonton over dealing with them.

Great experience. I've dealt with numerous dealers in the past and I must say this is the first one that I did not feel pressured. They were very informative and descriptive on such information. Excellent and friendly staff with no hidden costs when time to pay.
