Lee Valley Tools

I love this place. they have all kind of really hard to find tools, and most of them are quality tools as well. been coming here for years and love it.

I called Lee Valley to find a pretty specific type of drawer hardware that neither Home Depot nor Lowe's carried. The customer service rep was able to locate the item over the phone quickly and give me the price as well. When I arrived at the store another rep quickly helped me locate the item in the computer and the order desk retrieved the hardware in no time. It was an excellently streamlined process from start to finish!

Good quality outfitter. Good counter sales. The costco of hobbyists. Not an enjoyable crowd.

Good service and help with a great selection of tools. Only issue being it is mostly browsing to order from their catalog. Not a lot of tools are in store. But that allows for a great selection and variety!

It's hard to describe this place. They have all kinds of seemingly random stuff you'd need to go to 20 other stores to find. Most of it is good quality, and the people working there are friendly and knowledgable.

This rating is for the manager of the store, stuff was super helpful and nice but I still think if as a customer If I am spanding over $5000 on a festool manager should be involved and be there to offer some kind of gift since festool is strickt with the pricing. So I am sorry to rate this store with only one star but that is becaouse of manager not the people working there. Also i will be sending a complaint to festool about this case.

Needed a part fast so I ordered it over the phone and made sure to get expedited 1-2 day shipping. Part didn't come in time, I called to see what the tracking number was and they hadn't even shipped it yet, and also had no notes of expedited shipping. I cancelled the order and bought the parts elsewhere. 5 days later the parts arrive at my door.....they shipped them anyways and charged me twice for them. When I called customer service to straighten this out they had no records of charging me and would not refund me, even though my credit statement clearly states they had charged me. The parts were very cheaply made to go on top of all this. Will never be using this company again

Lots of high quality tools, and some cheap ones. Good service and knowledgeable staff. They carry plenty of brands and materials not available elsewhere.

Amazing stuff inside. Carry ultra high quality wood working tools. I could hang out there for hours. It's not cheap but you definitely get what you pay for and they take good care of you.
