Legacy Dodge Wetaskiwin

Finally found a salesman sitting at his desk after 20 minutes of looking at trucks. He had no knowledge about any of them and offered nothing for information. We had to prod him for info. One truck I was very interested in ( $40,000) was a very strong smell of smoke. Instead of offering to have it cleaned, he advised us on how to clean it. That really surprised us as we thought the dealer would clean up the vehicle. I know this Guy will never return !

Bought two vehicles there when it was Pioneer Chrysler. I had no problems with them other than the service department not being out front with their opinion about the paint/body shop they sent me to with my brand new truck. The new staff under Legacy, especially the sales men are friendly (of course) and don't pressure you into a sale. Talking to Bruce it felt like he cared about selling me the right thing, not the thing that makes him the most money. +points
Service was fast and on point, parts I have yet to deal with.
They send out plenty of reminders, get in touch with you on a regular basis and genuinely care about their clients.
As Pioneer they would have gotten 3 stars, as Legacy Dodge they leave no doubts and earn 5 stars.

5 minutes to 5:00pm on a long weekend and the service department stayed late to fix a punchered tire I had, couldn't have asked for better service. Big thanks to the team that helped out.

Worst experience I have ever had. Sales manager made me an offer to fix a problem with a truck I ordered. He had no intention of doing it and now the dealership refuses to honor the offer made. Do not buy a vehicle here they are liars.

There service manages and diesels tech are useless there. Piss poor service and no honestly. Had my dullay there to get a steady barring replace. I got 14 km from the dealer didn't even hit highway speed and my T case separated from my Tranny and fried both. Later found out they never test drove my truck after have my drive shaft out. Who in the right mind doesn't test drive a vehicle after working on a DRIVE TRANE. The reason for it was because there where to busy to test it. The later find out they they didn't put my drive shaft spacer back in because it had a 8 inch lift and put it back to stock angle. Then said it was a previous issue that caused it but yet I get 14 km away from the dealer. I strongly state not to bring anything to the shop there unless you like to get lied to and toss out to deal with issues they caused

Jody & Co are awesome to deal with. When work kept me out of town longer than expected, was easy to deal with on the purchase of our 2013 3500..
Understood that keeping the big wheels turning afforded us to buy the little wheels..
Way better to deal with than the city dealerships..
