Beware of Lennox rebate hoax! An authorized Lennox premium dealer in Calgary estimated a consumer rebate for their latest most expensive variable capacity furnace SLP98 and iComfort S30 thermostat at $500. After installation I completed a Lennox rebate web form and the rebate came in at $475. Okay. "Upon rebate review" Jessica from Lennox call center ruled my rebate was only $325, because the thermostat "did not qualify". Lennox Industries are bald faced liars and cheats.
