This place is great! When i went in there,they were a little bit busy but once the staff helped me, they really gave me the best customer service. Took time in the eye room to explain my prescription thoroughly. I found a frame that was very cute and perfect for me. After we calculated all the pricing i was pleasantly surprised with the offered discount. Im honestly really happy and recommend this business!

I got a deal for an eye test and a pair of frames. It seemed pretty sweet, the frames were also adorable. But they got my prescription wrong and I can't wear the glasses comfortably without getting a headache.

Great place to go for all your optical needs. This is my 3rd year buying eyeglasses from this store. The owner has a good sense of humor and always leaves me walking out with a smile.

I really love the professional service at this place. I especially appreciated the way the optometrist explains the meaning of all of the numbers. He doesn't condescend and he fully explains what everything means. He also doesn't act like he's in a rush. We appreciate that.

I went there to get my broken glasses checked (covered by warranty). The lady I spoke to said she'll tell her director to order the parts. After two weeks, I called the shop. They have no idea what I was talking about. Told me they'll call me the next morning. I waited again but there was no call. So I phoned them again, the guy I spoke to was rather rude and annoyed that I was getting frustrated by their lack of communication and he refused to accommodate me. He was yelling at me, I asked him to calm down and listen to the whole story, when he finally understood my situation, he transferred me to another staff. She forgot to call me like what she said the previous day. And she forgot to gather information about my problem. Turns out they havent ordered any parts yet. Imagine my frustration but I kept my cool. The ladies were fine and apologetic, it was the guy's behaviour towards me on the phone that got me really upset. He was yelling at me - a customer who has been patient with them. 5 days after that last phone call, I still havent had my eyeglasses fixed.

This place genuinely tries to help people fit within there budget. They ordered a frame for me that i liked elsewhere for a much better price.

Great experience with the exception of receiving my refund for an overcharge due to a change to me selection. My glasses arrived on time. It was frustrating that over 4 weeks for someone to refund the funds to my cc.

I was really happy with my experience here. The staff were friendly and the prices were amazing. Will definitely return for any optical needs.
