This is the best dealership in all of Alberta if not in all of Canada. I won't buy a car from anywhere else for as long as I live here. The sales person (Timi) is an absolute gem, the team at the service shop provide the best customer service experience you've ever had, they go above and beyond what is expected of them to accommodate your needs. It's just simply worry-free, heart-warming, I don't know how to describe it anymore! I've written two letters to Lexus of Canada, telling them about how great these guys are every time I've been in the dealership. Thank you for providing such heart-felt level of customer service.
The staff of Lexus are pros at what they do, very cordial and Lexus has an awesome crew and a whole array of super, new myriad cars to choose from.

Recently purchased a CPO Lexus GS350 from the team at Lexus of Calgary. The whole team at Lexus of Calgary was outstanding to deal with. They understood our needs and let us take the time we needed to be comfortable with our purchase. Meagan Shaughnessy was outstanding to deal with, very knowledgeable, and we didn’t once feel pressured to commit until we were ready. Ultimately, her approach won our business. Mark Cory would not have sold us so much as a bolt we didn’t need, and as a result gained our trust. Had my IS250 in for service and a detail March 30th. Had the gold 4step Paint restoration detail done on my black paint, and was very impressed when I picked up my car and after 1 car wash at home after 2 weeks I'm still very impressed. That detail restored the quality of paint on my Lexus and highly recommend to any one else that cares for their Lexus. THANK YOU very much!

We bought our Fith Lexus this year
The most unprofessional place to buy vehicle they sell you lemons. I had a vehicle that kept dying randomly from the time I got it and they "couldn't replicate the problem" it died in my garage and they to wed it to dealership and I indicated that unless they can assure me the car is safe they can keep the car as I can't have car dying randomly when I'm showing properties with clients where there is no cell reception it unsafe for me and my clients. They continually refused to assure me the car was safe.
