I am always impressed with the service here. They are responsive, thorough and accommodating. They have a very nice coffee bar area to wait in and very pleasant staff. I must admit sometimes I feel they are a little high priced on their service charges but they certainly do deliver service excellence.

Al Ratani and his staff offer prompt, excellent service and treat you like royalty.
Good coffee, sweets, and a free manicure - can't think of a better way to start the day!

Sat Nov 10, Felt extremely frustrated and annoyed at the time when I wanted to change your summer tires to winter tires and realized that the the wheel lock has gone missing. Looking back the service history, service department of Lexus of Calgary was the last point of contact re the replacement of all brake pads and disc etc. Phone up the service department and no one picked up the call and finally, someone picked up the call and his name was David from Parts Department.

He was able to explain to me why my wheel lock was not used in the service department and even if they found any items that were not belonged to service department, how would they handle those items re lost and found.

I was impressed how he talked to me in a way to calm me down and he was able to do everything possible to make it right for me. His tone, his customer service attitude and willingness to help impressed me so much. Things can go wrong in many reasons, David of Parts Department has made things right again. It is these people that we want to come back to have the car to be serviced by Lexus of Calgary.

BE AWARE!!!THEY WON'T GIVE YOU A COURTESY CAR IF YOU DIDN'T BUY THE CAR FROM THEM. Do you really expect people who brought the vehicle from other dealership or maybe other city will choose your dealership to schedule their maintainance or any other service? This is the first time I heard this from a Lexus service department, I lived in Vancouver and Edmonton for a total of 7 years and I have nothing to worry about the courtesy car ever. Only Calgary, only Calgary. Good for you Lexus of Calgary and Royal Oak Lexus, truly a same owner. I was really looking forward to live in Calgary a couple weeks ago, everything is prefect, the people, the environment and the national parks. Only Lexus in Calgary, you ruin it. I just don't understand how this works, I mean people who didn't buy the car from you guys want to do the service in your dealership and you treat them in a different way? That's the way you want to thank them for bring you more business? I mean you can't expect too much profit from the car sales nowadays. Worst experience with Lexus ever.

Thanks for helping me look into this. I'm having a hard time try to get a hold on Al, I will give him a call next Monday. I do appreciate your prompt reply and if he can make some arrangement to take care of the COURTESY car, you earn my business for all the coming services. I will adjust this review accordingly.

I've read a few of the negative reviews, and all I can say is that my experience sounds entirely different.
I went in wearing skate shoes, jeans, and a wrinkled shirt. I was greeted by Shadrak, a young and ambitious salesman. All we did was chat a bit and look at some cars. I was clear I wasn't buying for another few months and it was no problem. But I was convinced to bring the wife in for a test drive.
So, we came in a few weeks later with the life boss and took a couple of vehicles for a spin. Shad was knowledgeable, helpful, energetic, and was really easy to deal with. We said we were just looking and he clearly listend - there was no pressure at all.
When it came time to buy, Lexus wasn't the cheapest option. We were looking at a couple of other things. But Shad threw together a few options, promotions, and perks and it turns out the final price ended up being way lower than I expected!
So, yeah, I pick up my new Lexus this week - which is really weird for me. It's almost TOO fancy for me. :P
Anyway, I can only hope that Lexus of Calgary lives up to their reputation for service quality for the next several years we own our ride! :)

Had a great experience purchasing my vehicle at Lexus of Calgary! When I first email Lexus of Calgary, Timmy Su got back to me right away, even though it was late at night and he answered all my questions. I got a great value on my trade in and the whole process was very clear and strait forward. Timmy kept me informed and was always very positive and accommodating. Candice in finance was a pleaser to deal with and worked hard to get me the best rate possible. And Melissa in vehicle delivery went over my new vehicle with me, taking time to ensure I was all set up and ready to go. She even gave my daughter a Lexus toy kitty that she absolutely loves! You couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend Lexus of Calgary!!

Service guy was great and everyone seemed friendly and helpful. Exception was the barista, who even though knew people were waiting for a specialty coffee (she was approached), made us wait for over 20 minutes. She made putting out the packaged coffee etc. in the lounge (which no-one was waiting for) FAR more important than serving waiting customers.

I was absolutely blown away by the shopping experience through Lexus of Calgary. All the staff were exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. Mikayla our product advisor was incredible at providing a pressure free buying experience, and the best customer service of any dealership we visited during my time purchasing a vehicle. The customer service received from reception, service, management, and finance employees was incredible. Overall, I'm blown away with the entire dealership and would not hesitate to purchase again or refer friends and family.

This is my first Lexus and was blown away by the attention to detail I experienced. Meagan helped me purchase an RX350 and was very impressed with her knowledge and her attitude. I felt she was educating me and never felt she was trying to sell me on anything. After I purchased the car, Kasia came in early to help me with the paper work and get everything completed on my tight work schedule. This is not the first luxury vehicle I have owned however with an amazing product like Lexus and a top notch sales/service staff, I know this won't be my last Lexus. You won't be disappointed .
