My repair became complex when a few different elements went down simultaneously. What initially appeared repaired appeared to reoccur quickly after I picked up the vehicle. As the first time, the vehicle had left me stranded on the side of the road, I was obviously concerned it would happen again. I contacted Lexus of Edmonton in a state of, lets call it, unhappiness. My service representative went to extreme measure to ensure that I would be saved subsequent time and trouble. The vehicle is aging. Repair issues will happen, and, yes, I was quite disappointed at some points but, the Lexus team came through with flying colours in their attention to the client. All in, I have to truly commend them. Well done!

I had my car serviced here awhile ago, I left my car for 2 days at the shop. I accidentally left a wallet containing a large cash deposit, lots of credit cards and gift cards. I was extremely worried and stressed out because they were closed. I called the next business day, and told them I left my wallet in the passenger seat. The technician who serviced my car told me he saw it but didn't touch it. Upon my request, he recovered it and locked it away for me and not a single thing was missing!! I'm extremely grateful for the honesty and integrity the servicemen have at this Lexus. That's why I will always keep coming back here, and will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family despite it being a very far location from my home.

I can't praise Lexus of Edmonton enough. This was my 1600 km checkup, and when I made the appointment I was invited to make use of their complimentary manicure or pedicure while I waited. I certainly couldn't think of a better way to spend the time and eagerly made that appointment. I arrived early, coming from Red Deer, and while I waited in the massage chair outside the spa area, which is above their spectacular showroom, the owner came by and invited me to join him and his staff for a barbecue, which was being catered outside. So I got a delicious lunch and a pedicure! In the meantime, my charming salesman Ethan came by to see me in the spa, saying he would meet me when I was done. He made sure I was happy with my car (I am!) and of course, I am even more happy at the service I have received. When my husband brings his Lexus in later for its maintenance, I plan to come along and have a manicure this time! Really, all their staff are incredibly charming and helpful, and I'm delighted that we got our cars from them.

Had such a great experience purchasing my is300 from Andrew and Deepak! They really made the whole thing as smooth as possible treating their guests like friends! I would definitely recommend asking for either one of them if you stop by.

We had a very good experience purchasing our pre owned vehicle from Lexus of Edmonton and cannot praise and thank Alan Bogosoff enough. None of the usual hard sell, Alan was patient, polite and respectful and eased us through the process without fault.



I highly recommend the team at this dealership as everyone we met greeted us with a smile and asked us how we were, if they could get us anything etc. Our first time entering the dealership we took our two year old daughter with us. Purchased my second new vehicle from Lexus over the weekend. Service was great, Alan B in sales was great to deal with again and even came in on his day off to make sure I was taken care of when I picked up my new ride. Finance was super easy to deal with and Cory D took care of transferring my registration. I was surprised to see that since it expired this month they also renewed it! Jill from guest relations was also there to make sure I was set up in the car and knew how to use it's many features. My repair became complex when a few different elements went down simultaneously. What initially appeared repaired appeared to reoccur quickly after I picked up the vehicle. As the first time, the vehicle had left me stranded on the side of the road, I was obviously concerned it would happen again. I contacted Lexus of Edmonton in a state of, lets call it, unhappiness. My service representative went to extreme measure to ensure that I would be saved subsequent time and trouble. The vehicle is aging. Repair issues will happen, and, yes, I was quite disappointed at some points but, the Lexus team came through with flying colours in their attention to the client. All in, I have to truly commend them. Well done!

I had my car serviced here awhile ago, I left my car for 2 days at the shop. I accidentally left a wallet containing a large cash deposit, lots of credit cards and gift cards. I was extremely worried and stressed out because they were closed. I called the next business day, and told them I left my wallet in the passenger seat. The technician who serviced my car told me he saw it but didn't touch it. Upon my request, he recovered it and locked it away for me and not a single thing was missing!! I'm extremely grateful for the honesty and integrity the servicemen have at this Lexus. That's why I will always keep coming back here, and will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family despite it being a very far location from my home.

I can't praise Lexus of Edmonton enough. This was my 1600 km checkup, and when I made the appointment I was invited to make use of their complimentary manicure or pedicure while I waited. I certainly couldn't think of a better way to spend the time and eagerly made that appointment. I arrived early, coming from Red Deer, and while I waited in the massage chair outside the spa area, which is above their spectacular showroom, the owner came by and invited me to join him and his staff for a barbecue, which was being catered outside. So I got a delicious lunch and a pedicure! In the meantime, my charming salesman Ethan came by to see me in the spa, saying he would meet me when I was done. He made sure I was happy with my car (I am!) and of course, I am even more happy at the service I have received. When my husband brings his Lexus in later for its maintenance, I plan to come along and have a manicure this time!
