Very professional. They actually made car buying fun rather than stressful. No pushy sales people. They recommended just the right options we needed in a luxury car. Bought an executive demo 2016 RCF Performance Pack, last week. Everyone at Lexus South Pointe was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Which is hard to find these days, especially when you're a 20 year old looking to buy a car with a significant msrp. I'd like to give a shout out to three people in particular: Simmy Kahlon in sales, Sumeet Sangha in finance, and Darcy Kaser in concierge as technology specialist. From start to delivery everyone involved made sure I was taken care of, to the best of their ability. Simmy was quick to answer any questions I had over email regarding the vehicle, prior to my initial test drive. She was even outside ready to greet us, and had a welcome sign and the car parked out front, within 15 minutes of me calling and wanting to head over for a test drive. No 'sales pitches' and just honest conversation during the drive, which any informed customer should appreciate. The same night both Simmy and Sumeet stayed past closing so that we could get paperwork sorted and delivery marked in our calendars. Sumeet was very professional and courteous. Appreciative of us being patient while he plugged in numbers and tried to get us the best deal, when it was I who was grateful for him staying late. Fast forward to delivery two days later, the car was detailed, full frontal 3M installed, and staged in a spotless delivery area. Sumeet had called the nearest registry so that they would have my registration and license plate ready to pick up. Darcy was in the delivery area to guide me through all of the features of the vehicle, help me adjust for proper seating position, pair bluetooth, and point out any key areas or other features of the car. He was humble when I had told him I was an automotive service technician, and appreciated the guide although it wouldn't tell me anything I didn't already have experience with. He even asked if there was anything I could teach him, which came off light-hearted and fun. Everyone I dealt with felt like they weren't pretentious or took themselves too seriously, and they were always ready to do what they could for me with a smile on their faces. Everyone was there to see us off and present us with some delivery gifts as well. One week later, and the car is everything I imagined, but the experience of buying a car from Lexus South Pointe, and being involved with those three key people, is something I'll remember for a lifetime.

I have been buyin car now for over 12 years now, by far the staffs and management team at Lexus south point are the best. This guys are professional , kind , respectful and customer orientated, above all they have great people skills. Great service . I have been to a lot of dealerships in my life and I have never come upon a dealership like Lexus south pointe. Other dealerships once you buy the vehicle they don’t care about you anymore but Lexus south pointe is far from being that. They treat you with respect before and after purchasing the vehicle. First time there and I didn’t know if my newly purchased used Lexus had a block heater or not. They determined it did, showed me where, gave me some replacement cover buttons I didn’t even know were missing from under the hood....and checked my tire pressure for me. Thanks so much! Quick and easy!

I bought a new car from Lexus South point but unfortunately car met an accedint after two months which was unpleasant event to me. The general manager Jason did all possible to replace the damaged car with new one.

Bought a used vehicle from them. The salesperson was polite but did not quite follow up properly with what was discussed in the deal. Manager was involved, nice guy but still left a bad taste in my mouth. The day I picked up the vehicle, there was a flat tire on it and I had to tell them, they were not aware? Had to wait an extra 90 minutes. I was offer a breakfast, which was nice but it was after 11:00. After I mentioned that I already had breakfast, no lunch was offer. Nice people but again, lack of knowledge and service maybe? Will I buy from them again or tell a friend to go there???

Well everything was good when we bought our second hand 2014 Lexus is350 . When I finally brought it home ( bought it in April of 2016 so it was dirty) we noticed a ding in the front drivers side fender when we cleaned it . I called the sales guy only to get told well you did buy a second hand car so it won't be perfect. So I carried on . My wife and I usually just gave it a quick rinse in the driveway and went about our day . I noticed a couple small dents here and there but didn't actually look the entire car over nor did I feel the need to do so . So i recently traded the car in to have the sales guy call me and tell me once they got the car cleaned and brought inside underneath the lights "the car was absolutely mangled with hail damage . Small dings and dents everywhere . We've never encountered hail with this vehicle nor did we leave it anywhere that could've damaged it . Thanks Lexus. I paid 45 grand for a dinged up car . I have the pictures of proof to even show the add on kijiji that the car had the ding in the front fender that I knew nothing about and wasn't told anything about it . I got told the car didn't have the dent at first . But I usually screen shot everything about the adds to make sure I'm getting what the add describes. Once I zoomed in on the screen shots I then noticed it . Make sure you get the vehicle washed and cleaned before you buy it I guess . Lesson learned

Other dealerships once you buy the vehicle they don’t care about you anymore but Lexus south pointe is far from being that. They treat you with respect before and after purchasing the vehicle. I bought a new car from Lexus South point but unfortunately car met an accedint after two months which was unpleasant event to me. The general manager Jason did all possible to replace the damaged car with new one.

Bought a used vehicle from them. The salesperson was polite but did not quite follow up properly with what was discussed in the deal. Manager was involved, nice guy but still left a bad taste in my mouth. The day I picked up the vehicle, there was a flat tire on it and I had to tell them, they were not aware? Had to wait an extra 90 minutes. I was offer a breakfast, which was nice but it was after 11:00. After I mentioned that I already had breakfast, no lunch was offer. Nice people but again, lack of knowledge and service maybe? Will I buy from them again or tell a friend to go there???

Well everything was good when we bought our second hand 2014 Lexus is350 . When I finally brought it home ( bought it in April of 2016 so it was dirty) we noticed a ding in the front drivers side fender when we cleaned it . I called the sales guy only to get told well you did buy a second hand car so it won't be perfect. So I carried on . My wife and I usually just gave it a quick rinse in the driveway and went about our day . I noticed a couple small dents here and there but didn't actually look the entire car over nor did I feel the need to do so . So i recently traded the car in to have the sales guy call me and tell me once they got the car cleaned and brought inside underneath the lights "the car was absolutely mangled with hail damage . Small dings and dents everywhere . We've never encountered hail with this vehicle nor did we leave it anywhere that could've damaged it . Thanks Lexus. I paid 45 grand for a dinged up car . I have the pictures of proof to even show the add on kijiji that the car had the ding in the front fender that I knew nothing about and wasn't told anything about it . I got told the car didn't have the dent at first . But I usually screen shot everything about the adds to make sure I'm getting what the add describes. Once I zoomed in on the screen shots I then noticed it . Make sure you get the vehicle washed and cleaned before you buy it I guess . Lesson learned

Bought an executive demo 2016 RCF Performance Pack, last week. Everyone at Lexus South Pointe was professional, friendly, and accommodating. Which is hard to find these days, especially when you're a 20 year old looking to buy a car with a significant msrp. I'd like to give a shout out to three people in particular: Simmy Kahlon in sales, Sumeet Sangha in finance, and Darcy Kaser in concierge as technology specialist. From start to delivery everyone involved made sure I was taken care of, to the best of their ability. Simmy was quick to answer any questions I had over email regarding the vehicle, prior to my initial test drive. She was even outside ready to greet us, and had a welcome sign and the car parked out front, within 15 minutes of me calling and wanting to head over for a test drive. No 'sales pitches' and just honest conversation during the drive, which any informed customer should appreciate. The same night both Simmy and Sumeet stayed past closing so that we could get paperwork sorted and delivery marked in our calendars. Sumeet was very professional and courteous. Appreciative of us being patient while he plugged in numbers and tried to get us the best deal, when it was I who was grateful for him staying late. Fast forward to delivery two days later, the car was detailed, full frontal 3M installed, and staged in a spotless delivery area. Sumeet had called the nearest registry so that they would have my registration and license plate ready to pick up. Darcy was in the delivery area to guide me through all of the features of the vehicle, help me adjust for proper seating position, pair bluetooth, and point out any key areas or other features of the car. He was humble when I had told him I was an automotive service technician, and appreciated the guide although it wouldn't tell me anything I didn't already have experience with. He even asked if there was anything I could teach him, which came off light-hearted and fun. Everyone I dealt with felt like they weren't pretentious or took themselves too seriously, and they were always ready to do what they could for me with a smile on their faces. Everyone was there to see us off and present us with some delivery gifts as well. One week later, and the car is everything I imagined, but the experience of buying a car from Lexus South Pointe, and being involved with those three key people, is something I'll remember for a lifetime.
