10-day Qi Gong Workshop

This is also an intensive course on Peng Qi Guan Ding Fa ( Gathering Qi & Penetrating Through From the Head Method ), San Xin Bing Zhan Zhuang ( Triple-points Centering Standing Posture ) and Xing Shen Zhuang ( Body-Mind Practicing Method ). All the key points of the movements will be taught in great details.
