Barb Morrison has been providing me with physiotherapy for quite a few years now. Each time I come in she focusses very well on my issue and provided excellent, first rate treatment.

Very nice staff and excellent service. Thais helped me through my injury and successfully treated my stubborn neck pain. She made me feel extremely comfortable with my treatment and now I feel like myself again. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of care!

I broke my ankle and Thais was so helpful in getting me back to normal and building up the strength in my ankle again. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to help me heal. My 13 yr old son sustained a rotator cuff injury in hockey. We made an appointment at Lifemark Physio at Max Bell Arena and are pleased with the thorough assessment and treatment received from physiotherapist Thais and the massages given by Adelfa. Thais gave our son a set of exercises to work on and monitored his progress with each visit. He is back on the ice and will continue the exercises he's been given to build back his strength. We feel confident in the staff's expertise and are glad we sought their help. The operational hours and location are convenient, the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Lifemark Physiotherapy to anyone who has suffered an injury for a timely and proper path to recovery.

Cut treatment short due to a combination of factors; physiotherapist Erica was friendly and knowledgeable but seemed spend as much time, if not more, with paperwork as with interacting with me. Of a 1 hour session perhaps 20 minutes or less was direct interaction with staff.

To top it off, I caught some illness from the receptionist who came into work sick several days - I work from home so don't cross paths with many people at all some weeks and with my injury this has been exacerbated. I've also had to wait for this receptionist to put an obviously personal call on hold when trying to schedule a follow up appointment.
