Lifemark Physiotherapy Village Square

As an avid runner, I often would get little aches and pains that seemed innocuous. Eventually I had a calf pain that wouldn't subside and went to Lifemark for treatment. Sarah (MPT) was very thorough and methodical in her assessment of the root cause and was able to cure my ailment in 2 treatments. I've continued to see Sarah throughout pregnancy for lower back pains where treatment and posture suggestions have been beneficial.

I've been seeing Dr. Michael Westaway for physio for many years now and there is a reason why I continue to return. Dr. Mike always makes you feel welcome and he has a great knowledge of how to pinpoint the injury and how to get you back into shape in a timely manner. He's honest and very understanding. The rest of the staff is always very pleasant to deal with as well. I'd highly recommend this Lifemark location and it's staff to anyone. Such a great experience at Lifemark. Staff members are accommodating and friendly. Our therapist Sachin helped us to feel better. He is compassionate and knowledgeable. Judy is such a great person too. She has a warm personality. We highly recommend the place.

Marie, my wife, has been under Physiotherapist Jennifer Nagy's care for more than six months. All that We can say, is that it was a wonderful experience. In fact, Jennifer has all along shown a high degree of professionalism and know-how. She is incredibly competent, ethical , and caring. Always smiling to her patients, all the time in good mood despite the challenges due to her job, Jennifer was that "heart-warming sun's rays of hope " during Marie's difficult times. Jennifer, if we could name all of your wonderful qualities, (humility, meekness, joy, peace, devotion, commitment ,etc.) we would never have enough time nor space to pen them. We also delighted in Sarah's care when you were not available. Our thanks go also towards the young ladies on the front desk whose customer service is one of the best ever. I decided to go to Lifemark after my elbow arthroscopy surgery in October. I read all the bios of all the physiotherapists and decided on Sarah due to her education and background. I liked the fact that she furthered her education by getting her masters in Physiotherapy and is also continuing to take courses. After meeting Sarah and having her as my physiotherapist, I don't think I could have made a better choice. She is very knowledgeable and professional and is a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a physiotherapist, you can't go wrong by choosing Sarah.

I was a client of Michael Westaway about 10 years ago when involved in a major car accident. When involved in my second car accident January 2017, it was without hesitation that I wanted to follow up with Michael at Lifemark Village Square for physiotherapy. Michael's warmth and sense of humour provided me with a great sense of comfort during this overwhelming experience. Michael provides a genuine sense of care for the well being of his clients, encouraging the healing process. In conjunction with the rehab coordinator (exercise programs) Lifemark Village Square offers clients a positive sense of healing. The office staff provide a friendly and courteous atmosphere for clients. I would highly recommend Lifemark Village Square for your physiotherapy needs.

From the first day that I went in for physiotherapy, Jill and Judy made me feel welcomed, and were really there to help feel like myself again. Every visit, I was greeted with a warm smile, and asked how I was doing.
