Lifesong Yoga Studio Description
Having begun my Yoga Journey with Prenatal Yoga in 2002, I continued to practice other types of Yoga over the years to help deal with various sports injuries including a serious cycling accident. Finding calm and gratitude within my Yoga practice, I wanted to be able to share this with others and I continue on my Yoga Journey today by teaching. I am a graduate of the Yoga Studio College, and I am a Kid’s Yoga and Prenatal Yoga Teacher. I am also active as a fitness instructor.
Kids Yoga, Adult Yoga, Family Classes, Prenatal Yoga, Groups /Teams and Private Classes.
