My father went here and specifically and clearly said that he just wanted to get a quote. Whoever he spoke to got him to sign something saying that he needed to sign the document to get a quote (he also asked for my father's credit card, which my father refused to provide). After getting a quote from them, he got insurance from somewhere else but an insurance company kept sending us a bill stating the broker as this office. When we inquired about it to this office, they said we owed that money because my father signed the document. We ended up having to pay for an insurance coverage that we never had three months after his visit to the office. Just because my father does not speak perfect English and they got him to sign a document. AND, they didn't even provide what he signed to my father either!

I've been with this insurance agency for 5 years now. They always find the best prices, making sure from year to year that my insurance rates are competitive. My last agency signed me up for one plan then never updated or compared it. This brokerage works hard for me, and I appreciate it.

My broker, Manisha, is great at following up with me. If my payment is getting close to due, she will call to make sure I'm aware of the deadline. She has been a great help as we sold our house and purchased a new one - there is so much insurance paperwork to keep track of!

I visited this location a month ago and spoke with a old man named Syed Alam. After an hour of conversation he took all the details he needed and said he would get back to me within 24 hours. 24 hours latter nothing; so I waited a week, nothing. I waited three weeks nothing. Then I went in and spoke with him. He apologized and said that their systems were down or what not and that he would get back to me with in 24 hours. 24 hours latter yes you guessed it nothing. So now I will call the head office and complain about this guy. Very unprofessional. I would avoid dealing with this company.

absolute garbage ..spent over 500$ for them to tell me my bill of sale was not good enough of a copy to register my truck and told them the fact that I was leaving the next morning for 2 weeks so I want able to get a new one from bc.. shut me down hard. now I have to redo all the inspections and paper work again... and they were rude about it... don't ever go here looking for good service cuz you won't find it

If you go here, Go see Roger. He has been amazing and has helped me get good rates for the past few years. He is always quick to reply to you emails and phone calls as well. Excellent.
