The Nutrition plans consist of daily and weekend meal plans, recipes which are geared towards your nutritional needs. Fitness plans designed based on personal goals which can be adapted for changing goals.
My personal fitness and nutrition journey began 5 years ago when I decided to get healthy. I have lost over 65 lbs. Accomplished personal goals such as 100km MS Bike Tour, a number of obstacle races. That love showed me there are others who do not know how to start. I received my Fitness and Nutrition Coaching Diploma with Highest Honors. and Now working towards my Personal Fitness diploma with a 3. 0 GPA.
I want to help you succeed through journey which isn't easy. I want you to achieve goals that you didn't think were possible. Coaching and support is the best way to reach your fitness and nutrition goals. If you want to lose weight or go into a body building competition your routes are very different but your course are similar. You both need to know the route to reach those goals through a positive successful coaching and fitness and meal plans.
