Welcome to Lisa’s Day Home!

Here at Lisa’s home, I am committed to making each day a learning day, filled with a variety of centers and activities that help our early learners discover what interests and inspires them while also ensuring they have the necessary readiness for school.

I know that choosing a daycare for your child can be a difficult decision. Knowing that, I am here to help and to provide parents with peace of mind that their little one(s) are being cared for in a nurturing, warm and secure environment. Whether your child is an infant or preschooler, I offer the best in age-appropriate care and academic and enrichment programming.

I pride myself on providing a preschool education, a small number of children, with upscale play and learn environment, in a warm, nurturing and loving atmosphere. We can have one on one conversations and I will always use a positive approach.

It is my belief that all children are enthusiastic learners, actively seeking information. It is my job as their first school teacher to ensure they build a strong foundation that facilitates a lifetime of learning by encouraging their exploration and inquisitive nature in addition to exposing them to structured lesson plans in a fun and imaginative way.

It is my goal to exceed the expectations of each family that entrusts me with the care and early education of their child.

The program is designed to encourage parent involvement and I believe that families are particularly important during the preschool years having long-lasting positive effects on children's academic performance, emotional development and overall well being.

-Supervise and monitor the safety of children in my care. -Prepare meals and organize mealtimes and snacks for children. Always having positive approach to healthy foods like vegetables, fruits and protein. -Help children keep good hygiene. -Change the diapers of infants and toddlers. -Organize activities so that children can learn about the world and explore interests. -Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime. -Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problems to the attention of parents. -Keep records of child's progress, routines, and interest.

I pride myself on the love and respect I provide to each child and their family. I have more than 10 years of experience in providing children with the tools and the environment necessary to achieve their highest potential. When you walk into my home you get a sense of being amongst family.

It is important to trust the people who are responsible for the care and education of your children.

I have a degree in Early Child Education, as well CPR, First aid training provided annually. Consistent evaluations by superiors and parents help maintain the center's high standard of excellence.
